This property was wonderful - plenty of space for a large group, spacious dining and outdoor hangout areas, good sized pool, and the perfect location for a quick beach trip! The amenities in the house were updated and user-friendly, including several large TVs, speakers, and a washer/dryer. The property management company was responsive throughout the process and provided all the necessary information prior to check-in and check-out. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Great House for large group of people! Had 12 guys in total down for a Golf weekend! Everyone had a bed with more to spare. Great location! Would highly recommend!

Carolinian One's team is welcoming and responsive. They took great care of us during our stay. We had five families celebrate Christmas together in one property and it went so well because the house was well designed for groups and because the team was so responsive and helpful

Check-in was easy. Carolina One was very communicative prior to our visit so we knew exactly how to access the property and what to expect. While we didn't need any assistance during our stay, I felt like they were right there if needed. Would definitely book with them again!

15 senior women stayed at the house in early September 2023. The house was perfect for us. The kitchen was large, modern, and fully equipped. The bathrooms were great too. The best part - the elevator.

Great property! Exceeded all expectations and was everything it was advertised to be. Would definitely recommend for any type of trip with a larger group. The entire check in process was very hands off and simple. Location is phenomenal! The house was perfect for us and helped create life long memories!

This was the 7th year our large family stayed at the 2307 Palm Blvd IOP house. It is perfectly equipped for cooking, relaxing and sleeping arrangements. The pool adds to our entertainment especially with the grandkids! This year we had lots of pool toys to use. The kids loved it. If you need an 8 to 9 bedroom house with comfortable style, this is the place for you. Short block then across the street to beach access.

Carolina One staff was great. Second time we used them this year. This large house was great for our college reunion. Comfortable with all the amenities that a group would need. Super location and great views. House for our needs and wants completely. Highly recommend this house and we would certainly rent it again should an occasion arise.

This was the best beach trip we have ever had! Loved the house and the pool. It was a cool windy week, so beach days were limited, but the pool was used daily. Many days it was blocked from the wind and the kids loved it. All of the yard games and floats were nice also! Wish this house was at Kiowa, as it was a little crowded, but otherwise perfect! Even when one of pour grands got married two weeks before vacation, we had a room for them! Great family vacation!

If you need a big, beautiful house for a large crowd of visitors to IOP, this is your best bet! Gorgeous renovations, large bedrooms with private baths, one bunk bed room connected to master that is perfect for a family, other bedrooms are kings or queens plus two that have twin beds. All bedding new. So fresh and pretty. Fully stocked kitchen, new grill, too. We love this place and will be back next year!

We had a wonderful time being all together as an extended family, and this large house fit our needs - The elevator was a bonus and made carting luggage, groceries, our 86 year old dad, and my neice (who just had knee surgery, was hobbling with a non-weight-bearing brace) up and down the three floors a breeze! Description

One row back from the beach! This ocean view, 9 bedroom 6 and a half bath house is loaded with amenities for your family retreat. Charm and coastal style are found throughout this beautiful vacation home which has an in ground pool, large yard with cornhole court, putting green, and more. A New Smart TV is mounted in living room, the screen porch floor refinished, new shiplap throughout and existing hardwood floors refinished!

The first floor is host to 5 spacious bedrooms with 4 baths. Three bedrooms offer king beds, and three of the bedrooms have on suite baths. The third king bedroom shares a bath with the 2 twin bedroom. The 5th bedroom has two queen beds and a private bath. A spacious porch overlooking the putting green is accessed by two of the bedrooms on the first floor. Elevator access is provided from the garage level to the third floor.

The second floor has a large open floor plan allowing family to relax and enjoy the kitchen, dining and living room. This home has plenty of seating with its two dining room tables (seats 20) and bar seating for 3 off the kitchen, making planning meals and activities a breeze. The living room features a brand new sectional and offers access to the huge porch where you can enjoy meals or relax with the gentle ocean breeze. The fully stocked kitchen has been renovated with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and new appliances making cooking on vacation easy. The master bedroom is also on this floor with a large bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The master suite has private access to the porch. A kids bedroom has a bunk bed with twins, and shares the bathroom with the king master. The kids bunk room is accessed by going through the master bedroom and has a single over single bunkbed.

On the third floor you will find an additional living space with a new sectional couch and a large screen tv, a bedroom with two twins, a bedroom with one queen and a large private bath with a separate tub/shower combination. An amazing rooftop deck is accessed from the media room where you can enjoy a cool beverage from the wet bar as you watch sunrises and sunsets over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

Making family memories is a breeze with the large swimming pool, new ping pong table, putting green and a gas grill. Amenities for the young to the old. The home has lots of parking and an outdoor shower.

PLEASE NOTE: No smoking. No pets allowed. Elevator is an added amenity, but does not meet ADA requirements. Pool heat for additional fee, but is only applicable in late spring/early fall because it is not effective in cold weather. Fireplace not for guest use. This property does not come with remote garage door openers. MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS.
