Parking spots labeled for 2 vehicles in the parking lot. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking. Ride shares can be scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. No pool access. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No grilling allowed. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property has 24-hr on-call maintenance services.
