Overall the property was an excellent experience! We enjoyed staying at the property. It was well stocked in the kitchen ( couldn't use the blender - - apiece of the top was missing) but other than that , it was great. Bathrooms were clean and great water pressure. Location was excellent. We could walk everywhere!!!

Stay was great!! The layout of the condo worked well for us. We enjoyed being able to walk to town. Parking is tight but manageable. We had a roof rack on one of our trucks and were able to fit it under the carport without a problem. We had everything we needed to cook in when we wanted and enjoyed checking out all the restaurants in town. Can't wait to come back!

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed staying in Folly Beach. Unfortunately it rained for half our trip, but the home was warm and cozy and spacious. Perfect for staying indoors. We hope to visit again during the spring so we can go to the nearby docks.

We stayed for about a week in July- the condo was absolutely stunning. All the amenities of home. We could cook in the kitchen, do laundry, etc! there were beach toys and the pool is about a 30 second walk along with a beautiful dock. I would 100% recommend this. We stayed with a 15 month old and my 9 year old son with special needs and had no issues. We even found a baby gate in the house for the stairs. You can tell the owners take pride in their home. It was so nice we spent a better part of a day hangin

Overall this place was great for our girls weekends. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We were able to easily walk to restaurants. The place was nice and clean. The rental agency was very responsive to any issues.

We traveled with my 84 old father and gave him the bedroom on main floor. He loved the house. Everything is convenient. The price was very affordable with location, my daughter attends College of Charleston we visit very often and will definitely stay here again !!

We had the most comfortable relaxing time! The location was perfect. We were able to have beach days and then still conveniently take a quick ride to downtown Charleston. The condo accommodated our family so well. We will definitely be back!
