We enjoyed our stay at 1 Palm Court, Isle of Palms. The home is lovely & very comfortable.There are a few items that need attention.The kitchen exhaust fan is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. The overall experience went very well. We've rented homes in several international locations as well as domestic and felt this way as smooth as any of them we used. It was a very hot week so the added bonus was having the pool on site available. The memories in the home were very adequate and there was plenty of space for our family. The home is beautifully appointed and was very clean (much appreciated). It is right across the street from the beach path and we enjoyed going there daily. In addition, One Palm Court provided plenty of room for our entire family, including a few of our adult children and two grandchildren. Beautiful home with lots of space for family and privacy. The home is stocked with every possible cooking item and utensil. The pool is a game changer for off-the-beach gathering. The walk to the beach is easy, and perfect for a large group where some want to come and go throughout the day. The elevator really came in handy for loading and unloading coolers, luggage and groceries. We didn't need it for people but would be lovely for anyone with mobility issues. Our annual ladies trip landed us at this Isle of Palms beautiful home. We fit 11 grown ladies in the house and never felt cramped. The space is huge. Everything is high quality. We loved the pool during the day and our rooftop conversations as the sun went down. We also rented 2 bikes through Carolina Ones partner. It was so nice to ride them on the beach. This property is gorgeous! Even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures. It was prefect for our three families with children. The pool was amazing during the hot summer days and is shaded in the afternoons to cool off! Just across the street from the beach, and there are several beach access points just a couple blocks accessible by sidewalk and crosswalk. 1 Palm Court is a beautiful, spacious home in Isle of Palms perfect for a family or girls weekend getaway. It was quiet, close to the beach, supermarket, some good restaurants and an easy uber ride to Charleston. The pool was a great place to hang out. The only negative was that there was no way to play music anywhere in the house or by the pool. Had we realized that we would have brought a portable bluetooth speaker. This fully renovated home is located on Isle of Palms, just across from the beach. Corner lot on quiet cul-de-sac. Elevated pool, media room, open floor plan, designer kitchen, and rooftop deck! Ping Pong table added to the garage!
As you enter the double mahogany doors you instantly know you're living the life this vacation. The first floor hosts the first of two living areas. Inviting coastal décor is shown throughout this vacation dream home. The dining area seats 8, and the kitchen is very well stocked and has upgraded appliances (Décor and Subzero) and as a plus two Bosch dishwashers. New kitchen counters and tile backsplash. The house has been fully repainted throughout, with white v groove (think shiplap) board and all new light fixtures. A huge, new smart TV has been mounted above the fireplace, enjoy comfortable seating in the spacious living room including an oversize sectional couch.
The first master suite offers a large king bed, access to the pool deck and v groove board walls. The master bath has a large walk in shower with custom tile finishes. A large guest room with queen bed and charming décor is also located on the first floor with a full bath adjoining the bedroom. The pool and large deck surrounds the exterior of the first floor. All new deck furniture and a grilling station provides a perfect entertaining area with bar, refrigerator, sink and gas grill to extend the cooking to the great outdoors. The pool is elevated and refreshing on those warm summer days (For late spring/ early fall months pool heat is available for an additional fee, but depends on the weather).
There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. The second master suite faces the ocean and has a king sized bed. The bath offers a custom tiled walk in shower. There are two guest rooms with en suite baths. The first a queen bed with custom bedding, and a bath with a custom tiled walk in shower. The kid's room features double beds and a tub shower combination.
A large media room with vaulted v groove wood ceilings will be the family favorite room. Relax and watch a movie, play games or just open the doors and let the ocean breeze float in. This incredible rec room features a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, games and xbox. A full sized laundry room is located on this floor. The large piazza beckons you to take up a rocking chair and catch up on a favorite book or afternoon nap! The spiral staircase leads to a little piece of heaven on the roof top deck With 180 degree views of the ocean perfect for those morning coffees or evening cocktails.
Includes $250 credit to VayK Life (3-21 nights only). Strictly nonsmoking and no pets allowed. 1 Palm Court is a beautiful, spacious home in Isle of Palms perfect for a family or girls weekend getaway. It was quiet, close to the beach, supermarket, some good restaurants and an easy uber ride to Charleston. The pool was a great place to hang out. The only negative was that there was no way to play music anywhere in the house or by the pool. Had we realized that we would have brought a portable bluetooth speaker.
