Three more rooms offer a King Size Bed. A 5th room lures in those young at heart with a Bunk Bed, starry night lamp, games, a TV perfect for movies or gaming, children’s books, Thomas the Train, Barbie and her horse, and more. There are 4 Full Bathrooms including a zero-entry shower and tub in the primary suite, 2 more zero entry showers, and a double sink bathroom with a tub.
 
The Kitchen features brand-new Samsung stainless steel appliances and Italian Tucci pots and pans fully stocked for your convenience including a breville sear & press grill, vitamix, wireless mixer, k-cup & traditional coffee makers and more. There are beautiful sets of both stoneware and melamine dishes perfect for eating in.

The home provides so many areas to congregate together comfortably and create lasting memories whether it is the two cozy 9 foot long couches and 2 oversized chairs in the living room, a plush L-shaped couch and two oversized chairs on the screened in porch with sounds of the ocean waves, the adirondack chairs around the pool, an oversized Kitchen Island, a marble & oak table seating 8-10 or a round table seating 6 perfect for game night, cocktails, or sipping on coffee. The butlery is decked with a wine fridge and full ice machine and stocked with glassware and plasticware of every size in hopes to appeal to your taste.
 
Stepping outside you will find a covered porch and grilling deck, surrounded by palmettos and mature angelic oaks. The in-ground gunite pool can be heated for an additional cost, please contact us for more information. Take a dip after a day at the beach, golfing, or an excursion in Charleston. Your family and friends will have a blast playing on a top-of-the-line German ping pong table, Italian foosball table, or win a game of a USA corn hole.
