A very comfortable house for our extended family in town for a family wedding. Parking was a challenge for a house this large. We really appreciate being given an extra two hours to check out!

I rented the house for my nieces and nephews and all of their spouses so that we could spend New Year's together. We own a home here in IOP, but it would not fit such a large family so we had to get a second home. I love the location of this house and all of the space. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was really well stocked and we enjoyed hanging out in the evening on the deck barbecuing. Thank you so much for a lovely vacation for my young adult, nieces and nephews. If we do this again n

This beach house was the ideal place for my family to stay this year! The size and location were perfect. It was a comfortable house...the furniture was great, we were able to sleep comfortably, the AC cooled the house wonderfully. It was just right for us. We had most of our meals at the house so the kitchen got a lot of use; we spent our afternoons on the porches sipping wine and cocktails; and the bedroom arrangement was perfect as well. All in all, this is a great house!

Enjoyed our stay at this home a great deal. Just steps to the beach and no need to cross the Boulevard to get to it. Very comfortable rooms and a great den/office where I could work remotely. Kitchen has everything one would need. Covered parking is nice on rainy days.

The location of this gorgeous home is ideal! So close to the beach and on a quiet, beautiful street. The beach in front of the house is not crowded yet your are close to everything you need. Simply ideal for family and friends!!! Cannot wait to be back.

Great Spring break location for our family of six! Our family of six including two college and two high school kids all over 6 feet plus tall parents fit perfectly in this beautiful space for a lovely week. The photos are very accurate which was a pleasant surprise after some of the places we've stayed. The space throughout the house is very open and feels light and airy. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch in the house plus many nights spent on the deck and porches playing charades and hanging out. The beach is just down the street.

Description

This lovely beach house is located just outside Charleston, South Carolina on the popular Isle of Palms. Our vacation home is large with an open floor plan and five beds (four bedrooms) and three attached bathrooms. There is ample room to enjoy your guests as well as find that quiet space alone. It is located only three houses away from the beach and has no major streets to cross to get to the beach! The beach access is just a short 2 minute walk away.

Charleston is known for its cobblestone streets, horse-drawn carriage tours, incredible architecture, antiques, art galleries, and great dinning experiences. This area is also a great starting point for other unique destinations such as Atlanta, Charlotte, Myrtle Beach, Savannah, Hilton Head, Bluffton and Beaufort which are all within easy driving distances.

First Floor -The large wrap-around front and side porches extend the outside space for relaxing and experiencing the ocean breeze. From the entrance on the porch, you have the Living Room/Study which is a great place to get away from it all on your left and the Dining Room on your right. Straight ahead is the Sun Room. The beautiful Kitchen with granite and stainless appliances with breakfast area and Laundry Room are to your right. You have access to the Deck for grilling and entertaining from the Sun Room and the Kitchen. The large Family Room is to your left with a wet-bar and bathroom nearby. Also on the first floor, there is a Master Bedroom with a king bed and Master Bath with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.

Second Floor - One queen bedroom and one full bedroom with a shared bathroom. Another bedroom with two double beds and private bathroom.

All reservations (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life! The location is perfect with an eight mile sandy beach, yet only 20 minutes from one of America's most charming historical cities, Charleston. Great family house for anyone to enjoy the sun and the beach!
