GREAT HOUSE !!! We love the layout. The elevator and the pool are a wonderful necessity. The kitchen was well equipped with just about everything one needs. Everything was clean and comfortable. You would definitely go back to this house.

House was great for our entire family, enough bedrooms and baths. Location was convenient to marina, Wild Dunes, bicycle ride to Front Beach or rec center for pickle ball. Short walk to beach.Pool perfect for younger kids, adults can cool off but can't swim, not big enough. It was fine for our crowd though.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. House was perfect for a group getaway. Spacious bed rooms, many with on-suite bathrooms . Short walk to beach. Property managers were able to respond quickly with questions. All 22 of us loved this stay at 2 55th ! We highly recommend this house as a vacation retreat .

Everyone loved the location of the house to the beach and Wild Dunes tennis facilities. We had 16 ladies for a tennis retreat weekend and the house was perfect for us. We had full breakfasts / dinners at the house and it was well equipped with everything we needed.

Carolina One was so very accommodating. A bad storm came through the area on our check out day causing flight delays and cancellations. The storm caused major flooding and tornado warnings so even the people driving had issues to deal with. The folks at Carolina One were extremely flexible with our check out time. As the owner of a rental property I fully understand how difficult the situation was for Carolina One to fulfill their obligations to the property owner as well as accommodating our needs. They d

The home we rented on Palm Island was amazing! Beautiful home just a short walk from the beach that held a (large) extended family. This really is the perfect place to gather at the beach in South Carolina. The property managers were very easy to communicate with and proactive with all of the information we needed to access the property and enjoy its amenities. Can't recommend Carolina One and this home enough!

Our family enjoyed the vacation house very much. The kitchen and living area fit our family well. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool. Being close to the beach was great and having the showers to wash off the sand helped so much. The house was so clean with comfortable beds. The top bed was a little firm, but just has to be broken in. Wish there was an opportunity to adjust the ceiling fans. We had a large group of 19 and the home easily accommodated us. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the elevator. The home had a great layout so everyone wasn't cramped. Definitely recommend this home to large parties.

CarolinaOne has provided a magical Isle of Palms experience for the most discerning clientele. This beautiful home is steps from the incredible beaches of Isle of Palms. Many of the bedrooms are worthy of "Master Bedroom" status with private bathrooms. Fully appointed kitchen, new washer and dryer, incredible pool, and a dining room table large enough to seat a large family. My family and I enjoyed this house as it was able to fit the 22 of us quite comfortably and we were close to the beach. We also enjoyed the location in the Isle of Palms where the house is situated. The beaches were not crowded and we were able to easily maintain our social distance from other groups.

Outdoor enjoyment is a premium with over 2300 sq ft of deck space on five separate verandas offering casual outdoor conversation areas. Access to the pool is provided through two sets of French doors located just off the family room. The pool deck offers ample lounge chairs and outdoor seating. A unique poolside beverage center holds 140 cans of your favorite drinks in the upper compartment and has a refrigerator with small freezer section below. A gas grill is provided for your family BBQ cookouts.

This spacious coastal home offers a large open floor plan, with plenty of dining and living space both inside and on the decks. The main living area is well thought out with an expansive family room boasting rich, golden oak wood floors, ample seating and a large flat screen TV and DVD. A round table for four is a cozy location to greet the day with a cup of coffee. The dining area consists of a large farmhouse table with seating for up to 10 and a chef’s conversation bar with seating for 4.

A state-of-the-art kitchen with premium appliances makes cooking easy. A modern elevator whisks you to any of the four levels making it effortless to bring in luggage and groceries. A half bath services the living area and has access to the outside pool deck.

Each bedroom in this luxurious home is named and presents a theme. Two large bedrooms are located on the main living floor with king beds and en suite baths.

The primary sleeping floor hosts 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 queen beds (Pineapple fountain theme) and shares its bath (jack and jill) with a spacious king bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms all have king beds with coastal décor and private baths. A convenient, modern laundry is centrally located on this level.

The upper floor has an elegant king bedroom overlooking the roof top deck and with direct elevator access. Two additional bedrooms are each equipped with a pair of twin beds. Use it as an opulent master suite or a unique family destination. A cozy den with a wet bar and entertainment area creates a private space to relax. A large full bath with walk-in shower, separate tub, double-sink vanity and toilet/bidet room are shared by the three bedrooms on this floor.

An open ground level has room for nine cars and provides easy access to both the entry and the elevator. An outdoor shower here makes it easy to clean up after a day on the beach which is less than a block away down a tree-lined access.
