My sister and I spent four nights at the Oceanside Villa on the Isle of Palms. We had a wonderful stay there. The facilities were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The whole complex was very quiet, our rooms were very quiet. I loved being so close to the beach. It took 2 minutes and 45 seconds to walk from the door of my unit to the beach! What a beautiful property and convenient location. I was concerned how it would be to have to walk up three flights of stairs but it wasn't an issue, especially since we had a great breeze! The property was very clean and the mattr4esses were extremely comfortable. Carolina Properties gave detailed information about what was included and not included so we could be well prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, had everything we needed, communication with the property manager was fast and easy and we felt comfortable and safe. The view from the deck of the beach was beautiful even though we'e across the street. It was close to walk to restaurants and shops as well. This condo was right next to the public beach (so a bit busy), but also close to a bunch of restaurants, shops, and grocery. It was also within 30 minutes of Charleston and Patriots Point. It was super clean and cozy, and had anything we needed. The balcony was a huge perk. We had morning coffee there every day, and people-watched and scenery-watched. Oceanside Villa 309C is located in the heart of Isle of Palms with an easy 2-minute walk to the beach, island grocery store, and many beach side restaurants and shops along the palm tree lined Ocean Boulevard. Oceanside Villas are the closest complex to the IOP connector, which allows for easy on and off access from Isle of Palms. Only five minutes from beautiful Mount Pleasant and 17 minutes to the downtown seaport of historic Charleston.
