52 Fairway Dunes

This rental had everything my family of 4 wanted in a vacation rental. The kids had their own room (many rentals only had a pull out couch, larger homes too big for four), we had access and supplies for pickleball and a pool, the kitchen was well appointed. We loved how easy the walk to the beach was. Isle of Palms was a perfect fall break trip, this location and rental fit us very nicely.

Wonderful location. Condo was right in front of a nice pool, tennis court and pickleball courts. Short walk to the beach.

This property was right across from the pool which was terrific. Beach path was also not far and we could easily walk or ride our bikes there. We enjoyed the golf views from the back deck. Kitchen had everything we needed and all was in good repair.

The property was perfect for the three of us. The resort was helpful to renting bikes and beach chairs. The kitchen had nice appliances and well stocked kitchenware. Quick bike ride or walk to the beach access and just across from the neighborhood pool and tennis courts. Bonus was the orange tree that yielded some yummy fruit!

Loved the 2 bedroom condo. It was well stocked and glad to find a few spices left by others. The grill was great and the back porch very quiet and relaxing. The garage was a bonus with beach chairs and a large wagon to transport our stuff to the beach. Wish these had been mentioned in the property description so we would know not to bring ours. The extra refrigerator was great for drinks.

We had a great stay at this property! The location was great and the credit towards bikes was a big plus. Beach access is just across the street. The property itself is very well appointed, very clean, and well decorated. We'd stay here again without a doubt!

Our little family of 5 rented for Thanksgiving break. We arrived to find an apple pie AND a turkey pan waiting for us in the kitchen, along with a card, and a very clean rental that was exactly as pictured-maybe even better. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy. Would definitely rent through Carolina One again!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It offers a short walk to the beach and access the lap pool. It is newly renovated and set up for a family - king bed and 4 singles. The kitchen is well equipped. The tv is set up with xfinity, netflix and amazon prime. Good wifi.
