We loved this house so much. First walking in, it was bright and clean and we were greeted with fresh fall flowers! It is so close to the beach, restaurants, stores, anything you could want. The house itself is awesome because it has multiple sitting areas so people can spread out if you would like but still feel like you are all still together. We enjoyed the pool, all of the outdoor seating and the screened porch. It is so thoughtfully stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen and throughout the house!

The house was great and in close distance to the beach with a short beach access walk. The pool was beautiful and we had plenty of room. I can see how having only one full bathroom downstairs can become an issue but we just had our kids come upstairs to shower. Also good to know that when hurricane type storms roll in, we were great and no flooding compared to the north side of the island. Definitely want to rent here again. Carolina One was great checking on us while a hurricane turned tropical storm was hitting the area.

The house was great. We loved the pool and the hot tub attached kept the pool plenty warm, even in the cooler mornings and evenings. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We would definitely recommend this home, especially for families.

Wonderful week in a very accommodating house in the most perfect location! Easy walk to beach, food, and entertainment. On-site amenities were plentiful and surrounding neighbors were respectful and friendly! Perfect location for the Fourth of July festivities!

Loved this house. It had so many living spaces and the perfect backyard. We had two families stay together for 5 days. There was plenty of room to be together or have space to ourselves. There is only one king suite. The. Rest of the rooms share a small bathroom. But, there is a half bath in laundry area. Definitely would recommend this house location as long as group was ok with the set up of rooms/bathrooms. Probably my favorite backyard of all the houses we've stayed in at IOP.

This house was perfect for our annual visit to IOP. The location is amazing- so close to the beach, downtown IOP, and a quick trip over to Sullivan's Island. We had so much room to spread out and it was so comfortable. We will be back!

9 girls stayed in this house for a girls trip and I could not have asked for a better place to stay! The pool and backyard were perfect for relaxing, the house was spacious for hanging out and sleeping, and it was such a close walk to the beach! I would highly recommend staying here!

This house was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen was well appointed with utensils, pots and pans. The pool and spa were highlights of the property as was the entire back yard. The location is also great, a very short walk to the beach and very friendly neighbors. I would make future visitors aware that the spiral staircase is the only way to access the upstairs king suite in the home from the inside of the house. There is an exterior standard staircase to access the upstairs as well.

It was a great vacation spot to meet in the middle with my family. Some coming from virginia and NC and me from florida. Loved the location close to the beach and town.

We loved our stay! We stayed in because of Covid, but got takeout from local restaurants and trekked around on our (rented) golf cart daily. Whitney was truly amazing and made everything so easy - working with her solidified our desire to book with Carolina One for our next trip. Thank you, Whitney!

Cannot express enough how flexible, understanding & accommodating the staff at Carolina One were regarding 2 of our sons who attend college in Charleston and all the changes to their schedules due to Covid. We were finally able to get to our rental in August and it was lovely, and MUCH needed & appreciated! Looking forward to going back in May!!

We really enjoyed this house with the beautiful walk in shower and bedroom suite upstairs. The fenced in backyard with hot tub, shower, and pool were nice. Very short walk to the beach, and the crowds seemed to be further up the beach making for lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, but may be a little small if you have several who want to join in the cooking. The spiral staircase inside to the second floor was a little tricky, you just had to be careful.

Not only was our rental house beautiful but Carolina One went above & beyond to make our stay special. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving & arrived to find a roaster pan, meat thermometer & a fresh pecan pie! Those are extra touches you don't get from other rental companies. I would not hesitate to rent a property managed by Carolina One.

Carolina One Vacations were a pleasure to work with. Staff was very professional...and quite clear and informative on the rental property and promptly responsive to all our requests and needs. As far as the property...excellent location and access to all surrounding activities and area amenities. Great location, short walk to beach, outdoor pool area was fabulous!! Grandkids, kids and even grandparents throughly enjoyed the saltwater pool and hot tub. Great place for family vacation!!

We had a group of 7 at the 705 Carolina and had an excellent experience. We utilized the Vayk beach gear credit that came with our booking-- this was so EASY and we were able to affordably get beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. The beach is SO close and easy! We enjoyed that access. Also, getting in and out of Charleston was not problem at all. Uber fares were less expensive than we had anticipated. We loved all of the spaces in the house- especially the nice open den/dining/kitchen and the upstairs balcony.
