This was the perfect beach house for our girls trip. We really enjoyed the space and this serves as a perfect home base. Our favorite part was being so close to the beach.

The amount of light is lovely and we really enjoyed access to the beach from this home, once the storm let up. This home provided enough space to enjoy a visit with family members who flew in from VT.

We enjoyed the location, not on the beach but this wasn't supposed to be a beach vacation. It turned out to be a beautiful beach vacation because of the weather. I'm from Charleston so I'm familiar with the area and I know that the beach itself is more private (which our family likes). We are too old (late 50's) and our kids and grandkids (under 2) aren't into the loud and crowded beaches right now. This house was in a great location, only a few houses down from the beach. It was extremely spacious for our group of 11. There are many sitting areas between the inside and outside which was nice.

We had an amazing stay! The house is exactly like the pictures! So beautiful and comfortable! The beach is a 2 minute walk. We went to the sunrise every morning and found sand dollars. Everyone in our family hated to leave!!

Loved this house! It was perfect for our extended family of 10. Grandparents used the separate upstairs suite as an escape there are no inside stairs to access the room, but elevator worked great and kids used outside spiral staircase to get up to the balcony on that level to see the ocean. Kitchen stocked with all new pots/pans/bows/etc. Very comfortable beds and sofa. Bright and sunny inside, porches with comfortable welcoming furniture and only a few houses from the wide and Uncrowded beach.

The flooring in the bathrooms of the location could use some attention. Otherwise we enjoyed the property. The screened in porch was very nice for sitting outside in the evenings.

This house was great for our group of 12. We had all ages, grandparents to little kids. Although the house needed a some repairs and updates, it wasn't anything that we couldn't live with for the week. The ease of getting the the beach was fantastic and we spent the majority of our time there.

House was nice and clean. Only cons are the best views are from the smallest balcony. The bathrooms are clean but have not been updated as the rest of the house has. Elevator is great for loading and unloading. Kitchen is big and updated. Also nice to have 2 refrigerators.

Beautiful home with views of the ocean. It was only a minute or two walk to the beach which was perfect with a toddler. The kitchen and living room were huge open rooms, great for big groups. There was multiple areas for different groups to sit and chat (front porch, two back porches, dining room and living room). Beds were comfy, house was clean. There was some very minor issues which are normal to any house and Carolina One fixed them asap. We would love to stay with Carolina One again.

Loved the house and proximity to the beach. Updated and well stocked kitchen along with plenty of seating for meals. The upstairs studio suite makes for a nice second master or in-laws room complete with a kitchenette, fridge and sitting room area.
