The location of this property was perfect for accessing the beach and provided ample parking. Having a hose and outdoor shower area was great. I would recommend having a rubber mat (with holes) in the outdoor shower area instead of standing on the wooden deck boards. The kitchen area was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The bathroom was fine and ample bath towels were provided. The washer/dryer and second bathroom are easily accessed on t

First timers we now love Folly beach and the services you provide! The location could not have been better... ample parking, Bert's, pier, restaurants: Taco Boy, Snapper Jacks & others. We didn't walk to Bert's but we could have. The beach house was homey inside and out, and we spent time on the swings below and the outside shower, more so appreciated the hose available. Both rooms face the road but no loud noises. The whole house itself was very clean. The couches wonderful and perfect for hanging out on.

This place was exactly as we expected based on the description. Was not new construction home but you can tell it has been well maintained and updates were in progress. The kitchen was stocked much better than we have experienced in other stays. Literally had everything we needed besides clothes and groceries! My two young children loved it!

This house was very charming with the beachy decorations and the swings beneath the house! We loved the location so we could walk right across the street and be on the beach or walk a mile to get to restaurants and shops. The outdoor shower was perfect for getting sand off our feet before heading back inside. We also loved sitting on the deck and seeing the water and hearing the waves crash. We would love to come back here!

Great house! We would (and plan to!) definitely rent this house again. We loved the house! Great lay out, great natural light, comfy bed and sofas and chairs, wonderful location! A couple little things were glitchy - the tv and one sliding door - but those are easy fixes for an otherwise charming, comfortable, cute lil beach house.

This property is quaint, quiet and well-located for access to the beach and to town. Our family very much enjoyed relaxing there over the new year holidays. Management was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had and is a huge selling point for future stays.

We had a wonderful stay. The location of the house ( so close to the beach) is exceptional- From the house we saw the most beautiful sunrises all week ! The house is very comfortable and nicely decorated,we had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner! We hope to return next year!

Really liked the place and location! Close to one of the best stretches of beach in East Folly. If you aren't staying on the beachfront this was a great alternative, easy to walk up for lunch through the beach access. Had a wonderful week!

This rental was perfect for our family of four! The beach was so close by and the outdoor shower + laundry were a lifesaver when we brought the kiddos back from the beach each day! The kitchen was stocked with lots of utensils that made cooking at home very easy and bedding/towels were all very nice. The home has beautiful views and the vibe was very relaxing :) We would certainly visit again!
