Great house for a large group of people! Many homes may have the needed number of bedrooms but the "hang out" space & kitchen just really aren't large enough for everyone to be together comfortably but this house definitely does & has so much more!!! Very well stocked kitchen to boot & having 2 refrigerators is icing on the cake!! Highly recommend!!

Property worked out great for our group. We were in town for a wedding in Charleston. We had 5 couples and 3 adult children and there was plenty of space for all. Location was great and loved the screened in porch. Pool and fire pit were also used.

918 Carolina Blvd was an excellent fit for our extended family that was in town. The layout was perfect for what we needed. Loved the open concept on the first floor. The elevator came in handy for a couple members of the family that are unable to do stairs. Would definitely rent this property again!

Excellent customer service. They reached out to us about a broken bed and it was fixed within 24 hours. Great amenities for adults and children (pool toys, pack n play, 2 refrigerators, games, pool tables, video games) and easy access to the beach and restaurants.

Loved our stay at the beach with extended family. Enjoyed game time with kids, bourbon tasting for adults, shrimp fresh from Shem Creek, easy access to beach for able-bodied members, easy access to pool for everyone, especially for those who had excess energy while adults prepared supper. Elevator was a real plus. Our beach sunrise and sunset pictures will be treasured. Something for everyone!

One of the nicest houses our family has rented in the last 20+ years. Location is great, can walk to beach and restaurants. There is music playing from a bar down the street on some days but it is very enjoyable and stops by 9:30 pm. Easy check in at the house .Would gladly rent it again.

We had a great spring break with family!! The house was stocked...lots in the kitchen as well as so many things for the kids to do. We never heard "I'm bored!" There were a couple minor issues that were addressed quickly. We would definitely return to this location!

This is an excellent house, large and efficient in its spaces. We especially enjoyed the third-floor lounge and game room. This house has a very well-equipped kitchen. If you plan to cook - it's a good option. The house also sits a block from a public beach access and from two of the nicest restaurants on the island. You might hear the Windjammer on Saturday night but the rest of the week it's quiet and peaceful.

We love our house: very comfortable for us and our 14 guests. It was very well stocked in the kitchen and we loved having two refrigerators. The elevator was a definite plus! Everyone agreed it was a great house with close access to the beach, restaurants, ice cream and shopping.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Carolina Boulevard. The house was large and easily able to accommodate our group of adults. With 14 beds, everyone had ample space for sleeping comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary dishware and cookware to make large meals at home for 10+ adults. The pool was especially lovely. The beach was a close walk, although we were almost exactly equidistant from the access paths (which are on odd numbered streets). There are a few areas not entirely cl

We had both sides of our family down for a week long vacation. The elevator was nice for our elderly parents who could not climb stairs. There was ample room and perfect kitchen accommodations. Great house in a perfect location!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this property. The first time was a extended family vacation that involved 18 people including 8 children. The house spacious and well laid out to fit the needs of the various families. Everyone loved the pool and the easy access to the beach. Great location. The 2nd trip was with a church retreat that included 13 women. Everyone loved the ability to be together at times, but still be able to have time alone when needed.

This was the perfect place for all of us. The kitchen is huge, which made it nice for preparing apps and meals. Every item we needed for cooking and serving was there! Having two refrigerators was a big bonus. The pool table being right next to the kitchen and family room on the first floor was just wonderful.
