Perfect location. Highly recommend for large families and groups. Absolutely wonderfully well stocked home. It is wonderful set up and we loved the home. The porch is the bomb. The showers are quite awesome inside and out.

This house is amazing! Our favorite spot was the screened-in porch but the entire house was amazing as well. Large, welcoming, and all the amenities you'd expect and some that were just added bonuses (LOVED the separate ice machine built into the island). Organized well and easy to check in and out. Looking forward to staying here again!

The most perfect rental we've ever stayed in. It was like being at home, our dogs even settled in right away. Everything was top notch; the home, the furnishings, location and Carolina One. Also, we really appreciated the dog supplies left for us to have on hand. We treated your home like it was ours, with the utmost care and respect. We loved everything about this house. Beachfront speaks for itself but the house had absolutely everything g we needed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and blankets and the kitchen had plenty of everything.

Extremely easy company to work with. They replied to my one minor concern very quickly. The property was in amazing shape and more than met our needs/wants. The area is gorgeous and has everything you need within a short drive.

The house itself was wonderful! The screened porch was perfect for just sitting and watching the tide come in. It has been several years since we rented at Folly, but Folly has been our go-to beach all of my life.

Carolina one is a great property management company, they have been extremely prompt when a/c didn't work and when a curtain rod came out of the wall. Very competent service and friendly.

Nice personal touches like labeled cupboards so we knew where to find all the essentials. Beachzilla was also super friendly for our dog- we just loved sharing the vacation with her! So special.

Great location, the beach is nice and wide in front of this property. When the tide goes out there is a tide pool by the wave break that you can swim and play in. Perfect beach house for 2 families to come and stay.

The location and amenities of Beachzilla were wonderful for the 3 generations of our family we had for our beach trip this year. The layout of the house was great for our needs, allowing space for grandparents parents and teens, but also the large dining table to bring us together each evening for wonderful dinners. What a wonderful way to bring us all back together after a year of limited travel and caution.

The house was beautiful. The view was amazing! They thought of almost everything for this house! Folly Beach is one of my favorite places and this trip was our third time there! This house was the best one we've stayed at.

Perfect house for us, great for families to the elderly (elevator, all on one floor, built in seat in the shower). It's beautiful and looks like there have been lots of updates. Listen to the surf all the time. The beach is right there. Loved it! So much nicer than the place we stayed in previous years. We will definitely be back!
