Charleston Oceanfront Villa 306 welcomes you with panoramic ocean views from multiple rooms as well as the oceanfront covered balcony. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo sleeps up to 8 guests. Walk 2 blocks to the downtown area of Folly Beach, to local shops, markets*, restaurants, and entertainment. Enjoy access to the 2 community pools, each next to the direct beach access to quickly have your toes in the sand and waves. 

Cook family meals in the fully stocked kitchen to serve up the family favorites. Dine and play games at the 6-person dining table. Keep the family chef company at the kitchen island with an additional 4 bar seats. The open floor plan flows right into the comfortable living room where you can watch TV, read, and gather together for good conversation. Each area of this gathering space offers lovely ocean views from wherever you are.

Master bedroom is oceanfront with private access to the oceanfront balcony. Choose this bedroom to enjoy a king size bed, TV, and a full, private master bathroom with double sinks, standing shower, and jacuzzi tub. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed and TV. Bedroom 3 is perfect for the kids with 2 twin beds and a TV. Bedroom 4 has one king bed and access to the 3rd full bathroom that is also accessible from the hall. 

Various companies based around and on Folly Beach offer dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Wander down on the far east end of the island to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! Historic downtown Charleston is only about a 20-25 minute drive away. Downtown Charleston offers historic tours, world-class dining and boutiques, souvenir shopping, museums and much more!

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking where available. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, keyless entry, contactless check-in, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through Carolina One Vacation Rentals and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. NOTICE: A renovation project is expected to take place at Charleston Oceanfront Villas from September 11, 2024 - September, 2025 to replace all the oceanfront balconies. The construction will primarily occur during standard work hours on weekdays. The time frame for each individual condo having their porch replaced has already been blocked off on the calendar.
