We appreciated the shopping carts to carry items up the elevator. One of the elevators went out during our stay, but was functional again in less than 24 hours. Great location within walking distance to many great restaurants!

We had a great time! Perfect view of the Ocean, very comfortable, and has elevator access! This was our second year staying in this unit. Your cleaners do a wonderful job, and the whole check in and check out process was easy.

Beautiful property. Actually another realty company that we typically use could not accommodate our available vacation dates and highly recommended Carolina One. It is a very comfortable unit, one of the cleanest best equipped we have stayed in. The booking process was very smooth, the flow of check-in info and check-out info was timely and complete. Few suggestions for improvement passed on. We liked the contact-free check-in process.

Loved staying here . Very good views . This place has everything you need in the kitchen . Has coffee pot and keurig together. Booked for 5 days but only got to stay 2 days because of hurricane Idalia.

The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need. Our family enjoyed the tv when we were resting from the beach. The Folly restaurants and shops are so convenient. Very walkable vacation!

We loved the condo! Fantastic layout (for a group of 6 picky women) and the beds were king size and comfortable. Perfect location and beautiful ocean views. Kitchen was stocked nicely and furnishings were attractive and comfortable. Loved the condo and definitely would book again

Beautiful property, plenty of space, clean and comfortable with an AMAZING view. I loved having the rocking chairs on the balcony and waking up to the ocean and sunrise every morning!

The unit we stayed in was absolutely perfect. Complete ocean view was right in front of us. Unit was very clean and we would definitely stay here again. The ice maker wasn't working but Carolina One brought us 2 big bags of ice until they could get it fixed. Great experience all around!

I was very pleased with the pre-stay communication from the rental company. I was also very happy with how quiet the property and other renters remained during our stay. The location is perfect walking for any of the downtown Folly Beach and is as close to the beach as one could get.

Beautiful property with an amazing view of the ocean. Condo was very well appointed and taken care of. Plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. We will be back again in the future.
