Unwind into vacation mode in the beautifully appointed living room and stream your favorite TV shows. Perch at the bar in the magnificent open kitchen featuring quartz countertops and top-of-the-line appliances while the chef in your group prepares a Lowcountry feast, then gather at the adjacent table for memorable meals. After long hot days in the sun, cool off and enjoy coveted outdoor living with a huge custom wood table and tons of seating on the ground-level patio. Other outdoor amenities include a spacious enclosed outdoor shower, yard games, and a gas grill for cookouts.
This home is perfectly designed for multiple families or groups, with abundant amenities throughout. The main floor boasts the large living, dining, and kitchen combination and one of the 2 master suites. 516 Pompano is a wonderful four bedroom home just off the beach. It is very well appointed and exceeding comfortable. The towel rack in one of the bathrooms fell off our first day (looks like a past renter tried settle it back into place). Also, the door handle on the fridge was broke, but these were very minor issues. I would 100% rent this property again and highly recommend it if looking to stay on Edisto Island.

Our recent rental at 516 Pompano was wonderful in every way. We've rented many houses over the years & by far this has become our favorite! The owners clearly went above & beyond in decorating & furnishing their beach house. It's so bright & roomy, none of us felt like we were tripping over each other. I love to cook & really appreciated a well stocked kitchen with high end appliances as well as great quality pots, pans, knives, etc. A lot of beach rentals advertise how close they are to the beach & our experience has been that it's always exaggerated. Not so with this house! It really is THAT close to the beach, 2-3 minutes & you're there! You can even see some of the beach from the beautiful back porch. If we could give this a 6 star rating we would because it's definitely more deserving than a 5 star rating!
