Sound Pleasures

Sound Pleasures has a great “beach house” feel to it. The wood walls and ceilings make the house very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen had everything we could ask for, while preparing several big meals. The staff at Carolina One was very courteous and attentive.

Once again, a fabulous vacation at Sound Pleasures. We were very happy to see the new boardwalk and steps, front and back. This was our 34th year and 4th generation. The weather was phenomenal. Customer service was once again stellar. Thank you Carolina One! Sam Stubbs, Greer SC.

This was our first visit to Edisto, and we had a wonderful time! The house was great but needed a few easy fixes. The kitchen sink dripped. The refrigerator and the freezer took a day to cool, and some of the screens have come loose on the doors but can be easily repaired Things we loved included the beautiful view and the easy access to the beach! The screened porch was a favorite too! The den area was spacious for our crowd and parking was not a problem. The customer service was outstanding at Carolina One. Everyone we came in contact with from check-in to check-out was stellar. This will not be our last trip to Edisto! Thanks for a beautiful vacation with lots of memories made with our family. Edisto was good to us!

This is our second year staying at this property and we will be staying again next year. The property is well maintained and supplied. The rental company is professionally accommodating and easy to work with!

Once again, another great family vacation at Sound Pleasures. This was our 33rd year at Sound Pleasures. While our vacation was nothing short of spectacular, I feel the owners need to address some issues on the boardwalk to the beach. Areas around the shower were coming apart, and some rot in certain areas. It needs a complete overhaul in my opinion. Thank you Carolina One for your continued stellar customer service.
