1018 East Cooper

This house was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing sandy toes. It's a mile and half to Center Street, so a bit out of walking distance. Driving to Center and parking was not an issue though. The agency is very easy to work with. We left in a rush and early due to the storm, so we didn't finish all the check out chores. The agency was easy to work with in that regard and let us know that it was ok.

We had a great stay. The staff was very responsive to any needs. Very clean and a short walk to the beach. This was our first vacation with Carolina One and we would definitely do it again. 5 stars all the way.

We came down to celebrate graduation and the house was perfect for us. It was close to the beach, the lighthouse and downtown. We had a wonderful time!

Great beach house for a family trip! House had all the space and things we needed for an awesome and convenient beach vacation. Short walk to the beach. Short drive to Center Street for all shops and bars/restaurants. Clean and modern home. Would recommend!! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the neighborhood was nice and quiet, but close to the downtown action. The place was well appointed and nicely decorated. Check in and out was easy and Check out process and people were great. We hope to be back.

When I called into originally book I had shared with one of the team members at Carolina one on Folly Beach that this was a surprise 40th birthday trip for my wife. We were pleasantly surprised that when we called in to confirm on our drive down they had noted that and wished us a happy birthday weekend. Additionally when we arrived at the house, they had left a bottle of wine and a birthday card for my wife. Very classy move & well above normal standards of customer service in today' world.

Nice house good space. Definitely a solid summer rental since it will keep you off if Ashley and Arctic where summer traffic gets really congested. Was really pleased with all the kitchen gear. If you like to cook everything is there. Would consider for summer.

This was a wonderful property for a multigenerational family vacation. The location is excellent, convenient to downtown and the beach. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. The bedrooms were really comfortable, good mattresses and good lighting on either side of the beds. The property was also super clean.
