It was a wonderful vacation in an excellent location!! The washer and dryer were extremely handy as you could pack light and avoid check bag fees. The pool was cleaned daily. Fishing off the docks and watching the sun rise and set was an amazing way to start and end the day. Peaceful and clean location. We loved Folly Beach!!

We had an amazing girls (mom + daughters) trip. It rained a couple of days but we were super comfortable in your home. Charleston and Folly Beach are terrific places to visit. We will definitely be back. Loved the house, the beds were very comfortable, as was the rest of the house. I highly recommend this house.

We loved our house on Folly Beach! It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. We appreciated that it was just a quick walk to restaurants and the beach and an easy drive to and from downtown Charleston. My friends and I would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

I went to C of C and worked on Folly for years. I hadn't been back in over a decade and we were so excited to stay for a few days for a wedding. We were welcomed to a beautifully lit property with every amenity we could ask for and more. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach with ease. We can't wait to come back and bring the family.

Very clean townhouse in walking distance to the beach with a beautiful view of the River. Beds are comfortable, neighborhood is quiet. Property manager quickly responds to concerns. We had a minor issue with the door code not working upon arrival, but they fixed it quickly. You'll like staying here.

Even though we rode out Hurricane Ian at this property, our experience was exceptional. The check in and check out process was smooth. The emails from the company regarding the Hurricane were helpful. The staff that came to make sure that all outdoor items were not loose during the storm was very thoughtful and thorough. The property itself was immaculate and comfortable. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable time.

River Rest was beautifully decorated, with everything you needed. The kitchen was well stocked as we had plans to cook in. But after seeing the choice of restaurants surrounding Folly Beach we rarely ate in. Spent a lot of time on the screened in porch watching birds, dolphins and boats go by. The townhome was spotless, does your cleaning company come to Central Pennsylvania???? Lol, we had a wonderful time.

I had a wonderful month-long stay with my family at River Rest! The house was beautiful, we loved the amenities of Waters Edge including the dock for fishing and the pool. The property is so close to the beach and downtown Folly with all the restaurants, coffee shops, bars and stores, but it feels so quiet and peaceful. It's also very family friendly, comfortable, and even larger than it seems from the photos. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!

Condo was beautiful and nicely decorated as described. Extras like kayaks and bikes made the stay even better. A/C unit went out during stay, but response was prompt. I would definitely recommend this rental Property and Carolina One.

Welcome to Waters Edge’s best- River Rest! Our home is located within the Waters Edge Community nestled beautifully on the Folly River 10 miles outside of Historic Charleston. Enjoy a short walk to the beach or relax on your private screened in porch, relish the sounds and views of the flourishing river and wildlife!

Waters Edge 120 is a beautifully outfitted 3-bedroom/ 3-bathroom townhome which accommodates 6 guests. The first level is a garage from which you can access the house and a ground level patio that overlooks the beautiful Lowcountry marshlands. You may even travel lightly, the garage comes equipped with unparalleled amenities including 4 bicycles, 2 kayaks and life vests, ping pong table, beach chairs, umbrella, floats and beach towels for your use.

The spacious entry level has an open floor plan with a kitchen that features granite counter tops, a fully stocked kitchen, a relaxed dining area, and a spacious living room with plenty of seating. Also, on the first floor is a fully furnished bedroom with a queen bed and an adjacent full bath.

The second floor includes two bedrooms and a laundry room. The master suite has a king bed, cable television, private balcony, bathroom with double vanity his and her sinks, walk in shower and a spacious walk in closet. The second bedroom has 2 extra-long twin beds, cable television, DVD player and a full bathroom.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and carport. If you have a 3rd vehicle, guest may pay refundable deposit to get 1 extra parking pass for the first come, first serve overflow lot for the complex. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.

The home includes free Wi-Fi, parking for 2 vehicles, and access to the community pool. Catch your dinner on the private community pier while fishing and crabbing. Home is strictly not pet-friendly and non-smoking. Guest are required to be a minimum of 25 years of age to rent. Grilling is not permitted at the Waters Edge community.
