It was a wonderful vacation in an excellent location!! The washer and dryer were extremely handy as you could pack light and avoid check bag fees. The pool was cleaned daily. Fishing off the docks and watching the sun rise and set was an amazing way to start and end the day. Peaceful and clean location. We loved Folly Beach!!

We had an amazing girls (mom + daughters) trip. It rained a couple of days but we were super comfortable in your home. Charleston and Folly Beach are terrific places to visit. We will definitely be back. Loved the house, the beds were very comfortable, as was the rest of the house. I highly recommend this house.

We loved the location on the Folly River. Seeing the dolphins swimming every evening from our porch or dock was delightful. The bikes really made our time so much more enjoyable!

We loved our house on Folly Beach! It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. We appreciated that it was just a quick walk to restaurants and the beach and an easy drive to and from downtown Charleston. My friends and I would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

I went to C of C and worked on Folly for years. I hadn't been back in over a decade and we were so excited to stay for a few days for a wedding. We were welcomed to a beautifully lit property with every amenity we could ask for and more. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach with ease. We can't wait to come back and bring the family.

Very clean townhouse in walking distance to the beach with a beautiful view of the River. Beds are comfortable, neighborhood is quiet. Property manager quickly responds to concerns. We had a minor issue with the door code not working upon arrival, but they fixed it quickly. You'll like staying here.

Even though we rode out Hurricane Ian at this property, our experience was exceptional. The check in and check out process was smooth. The emails from the company regarding the Hurricane were helpful. The staff that came to make sure that all outdoor items were not loose during the storm was very thoughtful and thorough. The property itself was immaculate and comfortable. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable time.

River Rest was beautifully decorated, with everything you needed. The kitchen was well stocked as we had plans to cook in. But after seeing the choice of restaurants surrounding Folly Beach we rarely ate in. Spent a lot of time on the screened in porch watching birds, dolphins and boats go by. The townhome was spotless, does your cleaning company come to Central Pennsylvania???? Lol, we had a wonderful time.

I had a wonderful month-long stay with my family at River Rest! The house was beautiful, we loved the amenities of Waters Edge including the dock for fishing and the pool. The property is so close to the beach and downtown Folly with all the restaurants, coffee shops, bars and stores, but it feels so quiet and peaceful. It's also very family friendly, comfortable, and even larger than it seems from the photos. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!

Condo was beautiful and nicely decorated as described. Extras like kayaks and bikes made the stay even better. A/C unit went out during stay, but response was prompt. I would definitely recommend this rental Property and Carolina One.

Water's edge are great town homes to rent. Affordable, clean, pool. We have a family of 6 and it works perfect for us. We rent a golf cart each year and Waters Edge is a great location to everything.

Carolina One Vacation Rentals was extremely responsive to our needs. When we reported that the first floor of the townhouse was very cold, they promptly delivered two space heaters. After checking out on our last day, I thought I left my running shoes in the rental unit. The property manager spent 20 minutes looking for the shoes. I would definitely recommend renting from them. They are extremely accommodating, The unit was perfect! Everything we needed was available (well equipped kitchen & comfortable)

Our family had a wonderful week at 120 Water's Edge. The condo was lovely and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the availability of the bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler! We took the kayaks out for a spin on the river and were excited to have an up close encounter with a manatee, as well as many dolphins. The beach was beautiful. We are appreciative of such a fun and memorable vacation.

The place had everything we needed. When we arrived the place was SO clean, the towels nicely placed in the bedrooms. Our teens and my husband played HOURS of ping pong! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bikes, beach chairs and umbrella were so convenient. We loved the views and location on the island.
