Clean and cozy place which is amazingly close to downtown and the beach. Since this place is literally a block from downtown, obviously don't expect a peace-and-quiet type environment-- sounds of tourists, bars, music and general downtown activity can carry on late into the night :) It worked out pretty well for the experience we were looking for, but it may not be the best spot for people who are light sleepers, or are looking for some quiet R&R.

Best location in Folly Beach. Just want you need, and nothing else. Simple, charming, delightful, very clean. Bert's and cool surfer bar one block away on way to beach which is only 2 blocks away.

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more!!!!!! The personal touch of the hand signed card and Prosecco for our honeymoon was so unexpected and sweet. The outdoor shower was awesome and perfect for coming back from the beach. The location 10 OUT OF 10!!! Though the home itself felt really private and tranquil. It was literally the perfect get away

Perfect location. Can walk to restaurants and the beach. Great to not have to find parking, just leave the car in designated space! Have to like loud music from the bar across the street, but earplugs are good.

Very cute and clean home. Location is close to everything. Walking distance to everything. Bar across the street had loud live rock music,every night. No TV, but live music every night! Leaf blowers at 8 am on the street. Noisy neighborhood.

This is a charming cottage and we LOVED the location, being able to walk to all of the restaurants and shops and bars downtown. The management office responded immediately when our internet went down. This was our first time exploring Folly Beach and we had a very enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was perfect. House was spotless, great location close to all the restaurants, Bert's Market, and a very short walk to the beach. We did hear folks having fun and listening to live music at the bar close by, but it didn't bother us. If you go to bed early or are a light sleeper you might consider grabbing some ear plugs, Bert' market has them.

Description

124 East Cooper is a very special, quaint house and a Folly Beach landmark. Two blocks from the ocean and one block from Folly Beach's town center with local shops, restaurants, and entertainment. You can park your car and walk to all that Folly has to offer. Completely restored top to bottom, the home features high, 10-14 foot ceilings, 650 Sq. Ft of living space, beadboard walls, sash-weighted windows and hardwood floors throughout. A classic beach house, but fully renovated. A minimalists dream! The delicious Chico Feo restaurant with live music is next door, enjoy the fun and vibrant atmosphere just steps away!

The bathroom has been updated with modern fixtures and a large walk-in shower. The retro kitchen has cement counters, a GE Profile gas cook top, and a very cool refrigerator (pun intended). Central heat and air make this classic cottage even more comfortable. Truly a vacation home for any season.

Perched high on a hill, the home is a delight to stay in. With one queen sized bed, the house is cozy just for two people to spend the night and enjoy the beach life. The living room opens to the sunroom and small front porch where there is plenty of space and creates the perfect reading spot.

Covered back porch is right off kitchen and opens to side yard. Two outdoor showers (hot and cold water) are convenient for a quick rinse after beach activities. Wi-fi internet is provided. Books and puzzles are highly encouraged.

124 East Cooper is strictly non-smoking and not pet-friendly. **Detached 3rd porch near back parking spot is gated & for owner use only!** Amenities include free Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, stove top, outdoor shower, central heat and air conditioning, parking for up to 2 vehicles, and 24-hour emergency on-call staff. Property does not include a TV, oven, nor microwave. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.
