Loved staying in Waters Edge. It is close to the beach and a short drive to Charleston. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable.

We so enjoyed the views. We saw dolphins most days. It was nice being so close to the beach & restaurants. Charleston & touring the plantations was just a short drive away. We had plenty of room to relax at the home.

My family and I had a great time staying at Water's edge. The house was centrally located, close walk to all the restaurants and stores and the beach. We loved the back deck and would eat our meals out there. One night we saw dolphins, and loved watching the boats go by. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything you need to cook your meals. We only had to call Carolina One once and they were very helpful and got back to us right away. Would definitely stay at another one of their propert

Nothing could be finer has a great location for enjoying Folly Beach and Main Street shopping/dining. The view was wonderful with the marsh/back bay! The living area was very comfortable. Would rent again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Folly Beach property. The townhouse was very clean and well equipped with the necessary everyday items to make our stay comfortable and relaxed. The proximity to the beach and ease of access to get into Charleston was great. We look forward to renting the townhouse again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at 126 Waters Edge. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and well laid out and the view off the screened in porch was amazing!! We loved watching the activity on the river while relaxing and the sunsets were so beautiful! It was perfect for walking to the beach or around Folly Beach and yet still close enough to do activities in downtown Charleston. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit.

LOVED THE VIEWS from this location. The CLEANLINESS was superb. It had everything I needed. It was a very relaxing place to be. The keypads for entry were much more convenient than keys or key fobs. The small Catholic Church less than a mile away was another convenience for me,

The property was well equipped and spotless! A lot of attention was given to every detail. Great location! Enjoyed the back porch looking over the river watching the boats. Would definitely stay here again. We also enjoyed renting a golf cart to go around the island.

One Carolina was very responsive and provided a great experience in Folly Beach. The property was ready and easy to access. When we had an issue, they were quick to respond. This company did a good job making sure the property was at 100% for our visit.

The townhouse was perfect for our family. The location was a short walk to the beach with a beautiful view of the bay. The six of us never felt crowded and were very comfortable in this rental. There was work being done replacing the main exterior stairs on all of the townhouses but Carolina One informed us of this well in advance and there was no issue using the garage stairs. Very considerate and it looked like quality work was being done!

Very nice property overall, primarily due to location. Can't beat the view from the any of the porches (3), but the porch adjoining the living room was the best. A little muggy out there, but the ceiling fan made it comfortable out there, and it is completely screened in so really no problem there with mosquitos. Property is only a 10-minute walk to the beach, overlooks the bay, and is immediately adjacent to the neighborhood pool. 5-minute walk to Center street and all of the nightlife and activities.

What a wonderful place! Great views with screened decks. Very comfortable couch, beds, deck and dining chairs. Was an extremely clean unit. Beach chairs and boogie boards were a lot of fun. The location was convenient to everything! A wonderful Fall Break from TN.

Description

"Nothing Could Be Finer" at this riverfront townhome on Folly Beach! Swim at the community pool and fish off the dock. Relax with your favorite beverage or dine enjoying river views from the screen porch and ground level patio. Each bedroom has access to it's own, full bathroom. Large master suite includes a private, deck with panoramic river views. Short distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach!

Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals. Open layout allows for everyone to be in conversation throughout the living spaces. Dine at the 6-person table, or step out onto the screen porch for outdoor dining or play cards with water views, a river breeze, and don't forget to keep your eyes out for dolphin in the river! Screen porch is accessible from the cozy living room, each with ample seating. Large flat screen TV in living area includes cable. Free Wifi provided to keep your family and friends up to date with your memorable vacation moments on social media, and in the need that you have to do some work or online school.

Take advantage of the Waters Edge amenities. Go for a dip in the community pool during the warmer months. Fish and crab off the community dock, or just take a peaceful stroll down the dock for a different perspective. (boats not allowed for renters). Two bikes are available for guest use to cruise around the island.

Wake up with beautiful water views from the large master bedroom suite on the second floor. It will feel like home with a king bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, and a private deck to sip coffee and watch the famous Folly sunsets over the river. Ensuite full bathroom features double sinks, garden tub, and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is also on the second floor with a queen bed, TV, and ensuite full bathroom. Head down to the first floor for Bedroom 3 with a queen bed and TV. Access the 3rd full bathroom from the hall off the kitchen and Bedroom 3. High-end, freshly laundered bedding and towels provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.

Enjoy the Low Country river views from the back patio and the community pool. Full washer and dryer conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the home for your use. Additional amenities include central heat and air, modern appliances, and a starter amenity kit for bathrooms and kitchen. Some guests recommend renting a golf cart or bikes from a local company to take back and forth to the beach and around the island.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage. If you have a 3rd vehicle, guests may pay a refundable deposit to get 1 extra parking pass for the first come, first serve overflow lot for the complex. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.

Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 2 blocks away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Find the local and tourist favorite, the Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy Instagram shots!

Just a short, 25-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Here you will experience world-class dining, swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more. Customize your memorable trip to this historical city. Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture.

We provide 24-hour emergency on-call staff. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.
