This house has everything you need and is a very short walk to the beach. The views of the marina and the ocean from the rooftop deck are great. House was very clean and spacious. Elevator was great for our elderly parents.

The house was perfect for our girls getaway! The house was clean, very well organized and the kitchen had everything we could ever need! The location was so close to the beach but tucked away from all the noise.

Beautiful house in a great location - steps away from the beach access on 9th Street. All bedrooms have on suite bathrooms. Rooftop deck has great views. Tons of beach toys available and 2 beach carts. We loved this house and would definitely consider for future stays. Carolina One was extremely responsive to our texts.

We had an effortless vacation in this home. Its bigger and even better than it appears in the pictures. Plenty of space for the 10 of us to spread out or be all together. Nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The views were pretty and the beach was steps away!

Thanks for sharing a lovely house with enough room for our children and grandchildren to have personal space. The layout was fabulous. We had spectacular views of ocean and estuary. Had cocktails and awesome dinners on level 2 screened in porch. Great memories were created. Yvette

We chose this house for my husband's sibling and spouses get together as we hadn't been together since COVID. We all live in different states so this was a good location to meet. We enjoyed the house and the room it gave us to visit or to have quiet time. The bedrooms were spacious as well as the bathrooms. We used the kitchen to fix our dinner meals and found there were more than enough items to do that. A well stocked kitchen. We liked the close proximity of the beach and took several walks on the beach.

We stayed and 22 9th St. for our friend's Bachelorette weekend. For 9-10 people it was excellent. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen provided a lot of utensils and cook wear and plenty of storage. Great sound system and the screened in porch was a plus when we wanted to eat outside. When we ran into any issues or had questions, Carolina One was on call during their work hours. Virtually on the beach, this was the perfect spot for us to get near the waterr.

The house was amazing! My entire family came on vacation and everyone was so impressed with the amount of room we had in the house and the proximity to the beach!!! It may have been the best vacation ever! Folly beach is awesome! Not touristy!

Great location, less than a block to 9th street public beach access. Removed from the hustle and bustle of central folly, but only a brief golf cart ride away. Spacious house with room for a large family get-together vacation.

We had an amazing time. The house was clean, beautiful, and so close to the beach. We had a minor problem with one of the bathrooms and it was fixed promptly that day after I called. We would definitely go back!

Our family of 7 adults and three young children had a comfortable,memorable.and fun time here.The ocean was easy to walk to,the beach was so nice and clean,the setting was perfect for a seashore experience.Our rented home was roomy,clean and equipped with everything we needed to have a long wonderful memory of our ocean stay.
