NEW to our rental program! Welcome to Beachwalk Villa 12!  Steps from the beach & views of the ocean. Walking distance to everything you want on Folly!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo provides everything you need for a beachy getaway. You will find privacy in the primary bedroom which is equipped with a Queen Bed, TV, en-suite full bathroom with a standing shower & double vanity and exclusive access to the condo's large balcony. You can even go "back in time" and watch an assortment of VHS tapes of classics provided by the owner. The second and third guest bedrooms both have queen beds and TVs. The third guest bedroom is attached to the second full bathroom which is shared via a hallway entrance. This bathroom has a shower/tub combo and pedestal sink. You will also find a washer & dryer in this hallway so you can pack light if you wish to do so!

The open living room has sliding glass windows to welcome an abundance of natural light and has plenty of seating to watch TV or reminisce with family/friends on the day's beach adventures. The sliders are the entrance to the covered balcony where you have peeks of the Atlantic Ocean. This expanded veranda includes an outdoor dining table, two high top chairs and a sun lounger seating for all of your guests to relax or wine & dine.

The kitchen features a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, 12 pot coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, blender, toaster oven, electric stove/oven. and plenty of other gadgets to enjoy while eating during your stay. The cabinets are fully stocked with eating & cooking utensils, flatware, glassware and serve-ware. The inside dining table easily seats 4 and there are 2 bar stools for additional seating and quick meals. 

Beachwalk 12 is walking distance to the new Edwin S Taylor Fishing Pier & Downtown Folly Beach, where all of the restaurants, bars and shops are located. Taco Boy Restaurant is next door where you can indulge in fresh Mexican inspired flavors & vibrant atmosphere. Dead Low Cafe is right across the street for breakfast and your morning coffee run. You will also find the renowned Bert's Market one block away which is open 24 hours to purchase anything from drinks/snacks to beach supplies. If you feel like exploring more of the Low Country, you can also take an easy trip into downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the world-class dining, boutique shopping, history and ghost tours, art galleries, theater, and so much more! Charleston is only about a 20-25 minute drive.  

The condo is strict non-smoking and no pet policy. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. All of the modern amenities you would expect are provided, elevator, including a fully stocked kitchen, free WIFI and washer/dryer. Elevator is an amenity for guest convenience only, NOT ADA compliant. Parking spots are labeled for the condo and available for 2 vehicles.  Please note parking spaces at 82 inches high, cars taller than 82 inches will need to find alternate parking.  All photos are current and accurately depict the property.
