Cook up your favorite family meals in the fully stocked eat-in kitchen. Want to grill up some delicious barbeque? Cook dinner using the gas grill located in the entertainment area under the house. The large fenced in back yard is perfect for your furry friends.
Down the hall you'll find the perfect setup for 8 guests with a king bed, a queen bed, 2 twin bunk beds, and 2 full bathrooms. TVs are provided in every bedroom along with plush, cozy linens. Bath towel sets also provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.
Head out to the screened in porch to enjoy the surrounding beauty and Lowcountry breeze. The under house patio area boasts an outdoor dining table, hammock, gas grill, and outdoor shower. The large fenced-in backyard provides plenty of space for your furry friends to explore and play!
Center Street is just 0.5 miles away, to wander through shops and explore restaurants. Take a walk down or fish from the second longest fishing pier on the east coast, the Edwin S. Taylor Fishing Pier. The 3rd Street beach access is the closest, with life guards on duty near the hotel during peak season months. Bike to the far east end of Folly, down E. Ashley Ave, to the ¼ mile walking path leading to the picturesque beach to take in the serene view of Morris Island Lighthouse. The farthest point at the west of the island has the Folly Beach County Park and more manned lifeguard stations. Several local tour companies offer paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and shelling tours, sunset cruises for dolphin watching, as well as surfing lessons.
Downtown Charleston is only a 25 minute drive away. Enjoy strolling or taking a carriage ride through historic scenery. Charleston offers world-class restaurants, boutique shopping, tours specializing in history, ghosts, and culinary arts, art galleries, souvenir shopping down the Market area, and so much more! Walk along the harbor at The Battery, Waterfront Park, or go off the beaten path to find cobblestone streets and Rainbow Row. Take the kids to the South Carolina Aquarium or the Kids Museum. Several theaters around town host plays, concerts, and comedy shows. There's always plenty to do!

Additional vehicles must find off-street parking where available and follow the City of Folly Beach rules. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.
Property is strictly non-smoking. Home is pet-friendly with a $125 + tax non-refundable pet fee, per pet, paid directly to the property management company after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed - 50 lb weight limit. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or gatherings allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.
