Charleston Oceanfront Villas 114 - By The Sea, is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom condo that is in the perfect location for your family vacation.

Layout:

The open floor plan includes the kitchen, dining room, and cozy living room with coastal décor, all with lovely ocean views. Everyone can be together while relaxing watching their favorite shows, having meals or playing cards at the dining table, or cooking up some family favorites. The living room leads out onto the oceanfront balcony where you can relax and take in the sound of the waves, as well as the views of the beach and pier. Dining table has seating for 6 people and the bar has additional seating for 4 guests.

The oceanfront, master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a full, private bathroom ensuite with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Wake up to relaxing scenes of the ocean and use your private access to the oceanfront balcony. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed attached to a full bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom has a queen bed with access to the third full, private bathroom ensuite. High quality linens and bath towel sets provided.

Amenities:

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No grilling allowed. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. About Folly: 

Take dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Wander down on the far east end of the island to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! Historic downtown Charleston is only about a 20-25 minute drive away. Downtown Charleston offers historic tours, world-class dining and boutiques, souvenir shopping, museums and much more!

Pool is closed from October 1st to April 1st annually.

* The Folly Beach Farmers Market & the Art Market take place select days of the week during peak seasons and holidays.

NOTICE: A renovation project is expected to take place at Charleston Oceanfront Villas from September 11, 2024 - May 23, 2025 to replace all the oceanfront balconies. The construction will primarily occur during standard work hours on weekdays. The time frame for each individual condo having their porch replaced has already been blocked off on the calendar.
