The hotel is conveniently located just a short walking distance to the beach and downtown Folly beach restaurants and shops. It was too cold to use the pool but it looked very clean and inviting. The price was fair for a bed and shower.

Great location, small room, but great for a person or couple. It was so nice to have a pool area and then be so close to the beach and some great restaurants. A+ for location.

Beautiful, renovated boutique inn.. perfect accommodations for the quaint, charming town of Folly beach. Walking distance ( 1-2 blocks) to the beach and town. We never drove our car the entire time we were there. I wish we could have stayed longer!

This Premium guest room is located on the second floor of the Folliday Inn with a private entry area, large deck space and great views of the pool. Furnished with a king-sized bed. All of our premium guest rooms have beautifully outfitted private baths with a tub and shower.

Please note this unit comes with 1 Parking pass only. Room is strictly non-smoking. Pet friendly for 1 dog with $125 + tax fee. Must be 21 years old or older to rent. Occupancy cannot exceed 2 guests. Please call Carolina One Vacation Rentals at 843-588-1212 with any questions.
