Erin and her partner are super friendly and the pool area and landscaping are a wonderful oasis to return to each day for R&R. It's obvious that they care about their work.The interior of our room was pristine and cozy. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay.

very close to the beach, board walk, pier and lots of restaurants! A nice little pool, surf board rack, out door shower! It was very clean and the staff was very friendly yet it still felt very private! Planning our return next weekend!!

I've been coming to Folly for 25 years and have stayed with friends who live on the island or rented a house. This trip was just me, my son and his friend. The room was perfect for our needs, the amenities were great, proximation to the beach, shops and food was just what excellent. Another bonus were the friendly guests we met there. Folly people have a vibe!

Great spot! Love the bungalow feel. Great pool. Great location. The whole property feels very "Folly" if that makes sense. I am a local (Mt. P), stayed on many properties over the years on Folly. I prefer this one over them all right now.

This little cottage room was perfect for our stay at folly beach. It was just big enough for what we needed and so convenient for all the restaurants and shops! We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely stay again!
