The property was great! Small room but very clean and nicely renovated. The location is perfect. Easy access to the beach, bars and restaurants. Very nice pool. We booked through Vrbo so minimal contact with CarolinaOne but no issues. We will likely stay at the FollydayInn should we return. Very satisfied!

We stayed for a long weekend. The room was ready ahead of time thanks to the lovely housekeeping staff and requesting a late check out was easy! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay within walking distance to everything! We even had a path across the street that led us right onto the beach. We will be back!

This property was lovely and well-maintained. The location is perfect, the room was very clean, and the pool area is a real perk. It is an ideal place to call home for a few days or longer in Folly Beach!

I booked this location as a surprise for my wife on our anniversary. The location could not have been more perfect! A very short walk to amazing restaurants, a market, and public access to the beach was across the street! I didn't have to move the car until we checked out, just wish we could have stayed longer. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the pool was welcoming with multiple quiet gathering areas on the property, and management was very communicative via text if needed. We will definitely be back!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Walking Distance to everything. It's a small hotel so it feels like you have the place to yourself. Pool was clean and rooms were clean and updated. It was perfect for a quick weekend but limited options for hanging clothes so best for short stays.
