Our rental was the perfect size, it was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels, pillows and linens. We love the cleanliness, decor, and of course, the proximity to the beach.

The house was very charming. The interior was nicely renovated and had great decor. The kitchen was beautiful and had plenty of cooking items. The bath towels were very nice quality. The bathrooms were nicely laid out. I love the location of the home and easy access to the beach. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Great place to rent for a trip to Folly Beach. Perfect beach house with private walkway to a pristine beach. Fit our family of five and the credit for the beach gear covered the chairs and umbrella.

First time staying on Folly Beach and the home and location were perfect! Beautiful view and if you want to wake up to the ocean waves, by sight and sound, this will meet your needs! We found the home and all its amenities perfect! Comfortable beds and everything was up to date with the decor. One of the bathrooms is downstairs but it was not an issue. There was plenty of parking space and privacy. In my opinion, the sand was cleaner on this side of Folly and it was like we had our own private beach area.

We fell in love with this house and its excellent location! Photos don't do it Justice. The beach was beautiful and just a few steps away from the home. We enjoyed the wonderful views and breezes from the porch. Just a short drive to Charleston to enjoy the wonderful restaurants and history. We hope to return next year!

Folly Wobble in February was just the antidote we were looking for as an antidote to winter in upstate NY. The Winter Olympics didn't begin to compare to the pelican diving and dolphin team events we witnessed from the deck.

We arrived at this location late Friday evening. We were shocked to see that the lights had been left on for us. The home was easy to access with our personal code. It was very clean and well stocked. The next morning we realized our view was spectacular! We enjoyed a short walk to the beach and to the lighthouse. We will definitely stay again!

Folly Wobble was marvelous. The tranquil ocean decor and fine touches were thoughtful; first class. The home was even decorated for Christmas so we claimed our own Holly Folly Wobble cottage. The setting, views and location are ideal. Quiet deck porch overlooking ocean was fantastic for watching birds and porpoises fishing, tides rising and setting and the sounds of ocean waves resonating always. The function, flow and remodel of cottage made us feel right at home very quickly.

Our stay at Folly Wobble on Folly Beach was more than we ever expected! Checking in and out was effortless due to the keypad system. The home was immaculate and the furnishings and decor were just beautiful. All of the appliances were clean, high quality, and working wonderfully. The location was perfect in every way and our family vacation was really wonderful! I had been to Folly three other times to a relatives beachfront home.

Welcome to Folly Wobble on Folly Beach! This single family home is perfect for families looking to stay oceanfront with panoramic views. Enjoy direct beach access and a full-length oceanfront porch.

Quaint home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to comfortably sleep 6 people. The 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom are on the main level of the home. Kitchen is fully stocked to prepare the family meals and easily gather around the dining room table to dine indoors, or take everything outside to eat or relax at the picnic table on the covered porch. After a day in the sun, rinse off with the hose or outdoor shower, and relax in the hammocks feeling the cool ocean breeze. The 2nd bathroom is a full bathroom located under the house for easy trips from the beach.

The unique, downtown area of Folly Beach is about 3 miles away to all beach shops, seasonal markets on select days of the week, live music, Folly Beach Pier for a stroll or fishing, and try one of our many local restaurants. Restaurants here offer everything from low country seafood to pizza to oceanfront, higher end dining. A short distance away from Folly Wobble is the Morris Island Lighthouse beach, which offers a serene beach walk and picturesque lighthouse views.

Downtown Charleston is also only a 25 minute drive, which offers world-class dining, historical tours, museums, boutiques, harbor walks along the water, the aquarium, and much more for added entertainment. Neighboring towns of James Island, Johns Island, Mount Pleasant, Isle Of Palms, & Wild Dunes all have something special to offer, whether you are a foodie, into golf, historic sites, or craft brews.

Folly Wobble is strictly non-smoking, no pets, and is a family vacation rental. *Kayaks are not for guest use.* Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, 24-hour emergency on-call staff.
