House overall was amazing. Our family enjoyed the decks, ping pong table, screened porch, spacious interior, and of course location directly across from beach access. Having high quality beach chairs and umbrella was terrific! And our family really enjoyed the ocean kayak. Great location and accommodations, we will definitely stay here again!

We came here for my wife's birthday with our two sons.We absolutely loved the house.The fireplace was great.The kids loved the bunk beds.The kitchen has so much cooking stuff and everything you'd ever need.The bedding was very comfortable and nice.The decks and seating are excellent and so much space. The back deck is screened In and amazing The kids also loved the surround sound music system in the house.

I rented this house for a group trip for family and friends. The property was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, clean, and directly across the street from beach access. This was our fourth time renting this property. From the large deck areas, spacious rooms, comfy beds/pillows/linens, provided beach towels, toys, bikes, fireplace, whirlpool tub, to beach access, it is the perfect place for our family (multigenerational). Having gates on the deck are so helpful. We love this property and can't wait to return next year!

My girlfriends and I stayed at La Bella Vita for a girl's weekend. We loved the house! It is spacious and comfortable. There were enough bathrooms for all of us to get ready in. The wrap around porch is incredible, and we were very close to the beach. We wish we had more time at the house and on the island!

A beautiful and spacious home and a great location. We were very impressed with this rental and appreciated the availability of beach supplies as well as bikes and the ping pong table and other games. Although we did not have children in our group it seemed very kid friendly.

This home was perfect for our family' Spring break. Huge space. Well-appointed kitchen and plenty of games to keep the kids laughing when they weren't on the beach. When we called about a couple of lights being out, handyman Troy responded immediately. Highly recommend!

Two families with a combined 6 kids ages 11-21 and this house was perfect. The porch space made for a perfect morning coffee chat. Ping pong tables were loved and adored, all the things you could need plus comfortable beds. Distance to the beach was dreamy and our experience with Carolina One was ideal. The home is located in a great location between 8th and 9th Ave. Not too far from the main strip of restaurants and stores but far away where you have a relatively secluded beach access. It is only a short 3min walk to the beach. The home is well stocked with most amenities for a family vacation, i.e. kitchen supplies, board games, books, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at La Bella Vita. check in and check out went very smoothly. We were actually able to check in an hour early which was very nice. The house was clean and was well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels, and towels.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay at La Bella Vita. The house is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. It even has a Kitchen Aide mixer for those who like to bake. The porch is huge! This house offers beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and even a surf board for those maybe traveling by plane. This is the best equipped beach house we have ever stayed in. One could easily make an entire home cooked Thanksgiving meal from that kitchen. It lacks for nothing! The beach towels were nice to have, also. The children's toys were a blessing, too. Thanks for making our vacation so special with such fine accommodations.

Absolutely perfect spot on Folly for a family vacation. The interior of the home was spotless upon arrival and we spent many an evening on the front porch swinging and catching up with our adult children. The access to the beach directly across the street could not have been more convenient, especially with two little ones in tow. We enjoyed the quietness of the end of the island while still being only a few minute golf cart or bike ride from Center Street. Would definitely recommend this stunningly thought

Welcome to La Bella Vita, The Beautiful Life! This stunning 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home was custom built to perfectly maximize open air and outdoor living. You walk up to the massive 10 foot wide wrap-around covered decking that offers over 2,400 square feet of outdoor living space. The deck features plenty of chaise lounge chairs, gas grill and a porch swing that will provide hours of enjoyment and the perfect setting for a summer evening after the beach.

The living room space features a beautiful dual sided gas “island” fireplace, ample lounging space and views galore. Gorgeous varying width, heart of pine hardwood flooring lies throughout the home. The room flows perfectly into the grand kitchen with custom stainless steel appliances and custom wine fridge. A huge granite topped island is perfect for entertaining and dining alike. The owners have spared no expense in stocking the kitchen with all the amenities a professional chef would need. Windows upon windows allow the natural light to pour into this warm and inviting home. Multiple doors lead back out to your covered, wrap around decking, your open air sun deck, and a huge completely screened in rear back porch with outdoor dining table.

Ready for a day at the beach or a sunrise stroll? Your own beach access is directly across the street from your front door. This natural covered path has a fun, tropical feel. When you return home from a day at the beach, shower off in your own outdoor, private tiki shower at the rear of the house.

The master bedroom, with King bed, is huge with an enormous bathroom suite, marble shower, Jacuzzi and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and shares a jack and jill bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids or adults since the bunk bed has two Full beds to sleep 4 total. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have private access to the back screen porch. The final Queen bed is found in the 4th bedroom in the back-middle of the home. High quality linen and towel sets are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.

Massive garage underneath the home provides sufficient parking as well as a perfect place to keep your beach toys while you are here. House also comes with kayak, perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts! Just a short, 20-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston, SC to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer.

Home is non smoking and not pet-friendly. No events/parties allowed. Located in one of the quieter spots on Folly Beach, home is in a residential area with many full-time residents around. Noise ordinance in effect 24/7. Home includes all modern amenities you may need, washer/dryer, free WIFI, Roku, satellite TV, and surround sound throughout.
