Our group was visiting for a 50th birthday celebration. The house was perfect for us all to spread out and the location was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach and less than a mile from all the restaurants and bars in Folly Beach. Also, the staff at Carolina One were very attentive and accommodating.

After being cancelled by another company 36 hours prior to our arrival, Carolina One provided us with a beautiful old house on Folly Beach. The five days we had ( seven couples) were terrific. The house, pool, beach and porches were the sites of laughter and catching up on years of our personal experiences. We will recommend Carolina One to many of our friends who are thinking of visiting Charleston. Great vacation!!!!!

This property couldn't have been more perfect for our stay! Everyone slept comfortably, there were plenty of bathrooms, HUGE kitchen, and the beach and night life were within walking distance! Absolutely loved it! Carolina One made everything SO EASY and really took the stress off of planning a stay for a large group. They were always so helpful and willing to answer my MANY questions and were very flexible given everything going on with COVID. They found us the perfect house and had tons of recommendations.

Our family was very pleased with Southern Charm and the beautifully landscaped property. We came down for our wedding and honeymoon and brought the adult children and a 5 yr old. Everyone really enjoyed their stay even though everything shut down due to the virus situation. It was nice for the kids to still have things to do at the house which kept them busy for awhile. Our whole experience was more than we could have asked for. The property managers were always very pleasant and eager to help in anyway.

The house was great (especially the location). Being able to walk to the beach in a few short minutes and to the heart of Folly Beach in 15 minutes was perfect for our group. The credit with the beach rentals allowing us to bring chairs, umbrella and a bike to the beach was an added bonus!

Southern Charm is the perfect extra large home for a large family/friend stay on Folly Beach. Wow, this place is great, was the comment we heard the most. We filled up the 7 bedrooms and enjoyed the large common areas and porches to gather and share as a family, but also enjoyed the ability to separate into our spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms and second living/kitchen area for quiet time. Tropical Storm Nestor made a visit during our stay, but we were comfortable, cozy and dry in this well built,

What a great vacation house! Every two years our family, 5 adult kids, 2 sons- in- law, 2 girlfriends, and now 2 grand babies gather in Folly Beach for a vacation. Southern Charm fit our family like a glove. Plenty of room for everyone, we all gathered in the upper living room to watch movies and my son in law lose at Tetris! While there are two generous tables, we smooshed everyone around one, and they lingered after dinner for at least an hour. The kitchen had 5 people working in it at times and never felt crowded.

Great house for family groups. Pool is small but extra bonus especially if have children. Closeness to beach access is great. Great covered porches and social/ dining/ kitchen all in one room which is great for socializing. Easy check-in and Carolina One was good to work with.

Welcome to Southern Charm on Folly Beach! This gorgeous house is perfect for the large family vacation on the Charleston coast. The home is directly across the street from the beach access, has tropical landscaping and private heated pool! The expansive porches allow guest to enjoy all that Charleston living is about. Southern Charm will be a repeat vacation destination for years to come.

Upon entering the home you will notice the large living areas that allow multiple generations to share the home together. The first floor features living area with plush couches and flat-screen TV as well as kitchen area complete with fridge, glass-top stove, oven and microwave. The floor includes 4 bedrooms to sleep 10 guests and includes 3 full bathrooms. The first bedroom has king and double bed with private bath. The second bedroom has queen bed and shares a full bath with the third bedroom which also has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has queen bed and private bathroom.

The second floor features an even large living area with the main kitchen. The large dining table is perfect for family meals or game night. Flat-screen TV and sectional couch provide entertainment for any rainy day on the beach. Large sliding glass doors provide natural light and ocean breezes as well as access to the porch with ocean-views. The kitchen has marble counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The owners have ensured that the kitchen is well stocked and has all of the gadgets even the most discerning family chef would require. The bedrooms on the second floor include the master with King bed and private bath. The remaining two bedrooms share a full bath, one room has 2 queen beds and the other has 2 twin beds. There is an additional half bath for added convenience.

The private pool helps to complete the relaxation vibe and has gas grill close by for cooking out. Pool can be heated in the off-season at an additional cost. The home is within walking distance of Center street to enjoy the Folly Beach night-life. Located on the west side of Folly the beach is quieter and does not have large crowds.

This home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. No events/parties allowed. Neighborhood noise ordinance in effect 24/7. All of the modern conveniences you would expect such as WIFI and washer-dryer are included. We hope to be hosting you on Folly Beach soon!
