We had such a wonderful stay! The cottage is in a great location, and it's so easy to access all kinds of rentals to get around and have fun. Carolina One was super helpful, and the gear delivery was awesome. Folly Beach is such an awesome, friendly place. We can't wait to come again!

Great way to celebrate turning 55. Cottage was great, views are 10/10. We enjoyed the fenced backyard and dock. Short walk to the beach, very quiet. We love Folly. Would love to stay again and bring my doodle. So enjoyed the art in the cottage. Great stay!

We love the house. Super old-school and clean. Has a great living room with a view of the beach through the houses across the street. It's not totally blocked. It's a five minute walk at most in the water. Great location near the washout and, based on the tides, you have a great opportunity to use the marsh. The hammock and cornhole are awesome. Everything was great. Including the customer service. The microwave didn't work and they brought us a new one and even gave us a credit. Thank you so much!

The place was so cute! Lots of supplies to eat in and a grill to cook on. Decorated very nice and very clean. I had to call about something and it was taken care of immediately and the girl was so sweet. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property management and communications were excellent. The property was quaint, everything you expect from a Beach Property. It was just as listed, not recently updated but still very nice, location was perfect with the beach across the road and mash in the back yard. The home was comfortable, could use a few more kitchen utensils but not everyone cooks like we do. We go every year to Folly and I am already looking to book again, either this property or another but definitely thru Carolina One.

I loved this beach cottage! The fence yard was amazing and allowed my dogs to stretch their legs off leash. The cottage was very clean and cute. Great location, very quiet area and just a short walk to the beach across the road. I definitely want to return and stay longer next time!

We loved staying at this dog-friendly beach house. The big fenced in back yard is perfect when traveling with your pup. It's a short walk to the beach - just across the street and down about four houses (the public ramp 1640 does have stairs so bring two people if you have a beach wagon - there is a handicap ramp a bit farther down). From the roof you also can see great marsh sunsets. We loved sitting

We loved staying at this cottage. It was great for the dog to have a back yard. The sunsets were awesome. We enjoyed both porches and the fireplace was a nice touch for the chilly nights. The kitchen was well equipped. All very comfortable. We couldn't find a coffee pot and the agency brought one right over. Very responsive. Communication was great. I'd stay there again!

Loved our stay at The Perfect Beach Cottage, had everything we needed and more! Great little property, excellent amenities. Good communication and instructions from Carolina One along the way. Thanks for the starter supplies, soaps, etc! Wish the weather would have cooperated in the last half of the week, but we occupied ourselves on cold days with the puzzles provided and a side trip to Charleston.

Great little place to spend a long weekend at the beach. Plenty of space to park, easy walking distance to public beach access, and we enjoyed all the various seating areas (up top was a favorite). Communication was good and explained well. We enjoyed our weekend!

The property is great. The walk to the beach is not far from the house. The decks are great to sit on in the evenings. The house is great for a small family or a couple to just get away.

We stayed at the house for 11 days while visiting our son at the Citadel. It's a wonderful house, full of charm and character, and the location is perfect. The beach is a short walk away and there is a waterway in the backyard. It's a small house and perfect for two or three people. My husband and I stayed there and worked from the house during the week, and our son relaxed with us on the weekends. It was a cozy place for him to take a break from the rigors of his school and we could make him some home cook meals

We loved the Perfect Beach Cottage! Such a cute and comfy place to spend a week. The weather was cool and windy so we were not able to enjoy the beach and rooftop deck much, would love to be there when the weather is warmer! Carolina One Vacation Rentals was super easy to go through, loved the no check in and no keys! Would highly recommend this place to stay and Carolina One!

Checking in was a breeze, communication with the team was awesome! The house has bikes, kayaks, a grill! The location on Folly is excellent! We loved the back yard for the dogs and the dock! The kitchen had all equipment we needed to cook! It was excellent! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing, the beach in that area of Folly was extremely quiet and typically there was only 1-2 other families in sight. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing and I left several of my pictures on Google Maps for the Folly Beach Getaway location to show what you can look forward to!
