Was dropping out daughter off for her first semester at College of Charleston and wanted to take a few days vacation with the rest of our family before moving her in. The house was very good for my entire family - 10 of us including 4 grandchildren. Any minor issues were quickly fixed by the owner. The location is very close to the beach and extremely convenient to restaurants in walking distance. An excellent choice for a large family vacation.

Our experience with Carolina One Vacation Rentals was exceptional! Anytime I had a question or concern it was answered quickly and in a courteous and helpful manner. The property was amazing, with large, extremely clean gathering spaces, a spacious lower level garage for all the beach "stuff", and a lovely pool and heated spa (hot tub). The location could not have been better! We could walk 1 block to the beach or 2 blocks to a town area with restaurants and shops.

This property was very nice and conveniently located to the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Also, the agents for Carolina One were always pleasant and helpful when I reached out to them. We are a group of military friends who lived and served in Germany and do bi-annual reunions. We were pleasantly surprised with a very nice cookie cake thanking our husbands for their service. That was very thoughtful!

Great property with an ideal location! The pool was phenomenal and the beach is so close, one can get there barefoot. Fun island, surrounded by tons of activities and the proximity to Charleston is a huge plus.

Great location. Super nice theater room where our crew got to enjoy some March Madness games plus movies at night. Rooftop deck is a neat and you can see the beach/ocean from there. Outside of the house is definitely beat up from its proximity to the water. Beds were super comfy!

We have rented this house several times over the past summers and never been disappointed . This summer was another great visit. We arrived early Saturday and due to a car issue that required dealer service , Carolina One allowed us to unload our gear before the 4:00 check in time. This was a tremendous help . The home was clean and no complaints , our family enjoyed everyday at this house and looking forward to next summer's visit. We may need a bigger house as our family is growing. This is the second time at this house. The first was on a girls trip and this time was my kids and grandkids from 4 different states. It was an incredible experience!! I asked if they would like to make this an annual vacation but stay in house directly on the beach. They said yes to the annual trip but no to a different house. Everyone loved it. There was room for everyone. The media room was the end of the day spot. Great for the littles to watch a quick show and then go to bed.

Every year our group of friends from high school plan a friendcation. We have been to tons of places but not one has been as beautiful as this. From the rooms, to the kitchen (we are Italian and LOVE to cook), to the pool area we made memories to last a lifetime. This trip is so special to our group and this house was everything and more! The beach gear was SO easy to access as it was dropped to our house, we rented golf carts (great pricing) and used the pool/spa every single day! Thank you Carolina One

We enjoyed our family stay at this property immensely! The pool / spa on second floor was amazing and a nice respite from the day at the beach or during the morning hours... The location was great as well - directly across from the beach access with ocean views from all floors and the very large roof top deck that included a table, chairs and a wet bar! Our rental was everything we could have hoped for. There was so much room and natural sunlight. We enjoyed the pool every day and our daughter and niece learned how to float and swim while we were there! After 2020, it was wonderful to be able to have a relaxing vacation with our family. I highly recommend staying here!

All questions were answered cordially over the phone. the house and all the amenities were very nice. All of my family and friends were amazed and happy with the accommodations. We had a front step come apart causing some inconvenience for a day. The owner, came out himself, to repair the step, by the end of the day!The location near the beach was excellent.

My family and I had a fantastic time! The house was very clean and has character, you would not be disappointed if you stayed here. It has approximately four levels, 1st level is the sauna, garage and volleyball court, Second level is the movie theater room, plus bedrooms and then you exit outside into the pool /Spa area. Third level, the kitchen, more bedrooms and the card table/games. Fourth level, is the roof top where you can see a great view of the ocean during the day and beautiful stars at night.

The house was well equipped, very beautiful, and extremely comfortable. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the beautifully appointed, upgraded and roomy kitchen. With a very short walk to the beach and a main level pool and hot tub, our children could stay busy and happy. We definitely intend to return to Isle of Palms and hope to stay at this property again!

The house was situated better than we had expected. For being located 3rd house from the ocean and across the street, the views of the Ocean were excellent from the porches and 1 of the bedrooms. The house lacked nothing to enjoy a perfect stay at the beach. We had 1 small issue with the spa and a TV, but was taken care of within a couple hours by the property manager. I would not hesitate to stay at this property on future vacations.
