29 Twin Oaks

29 Twin Oaks is a completely renovated cottage to match Charleston's Coastal Design. Family friendly rental located on beautiful Isle of Palms, in the heart of private Wild Dunes Resort. This 3 bedroom cottage is equipped to sleep 6 guests comfortably, with space for two additional guests on a pull out sofa.  The kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and has been fully stocked. Rich heart of pine floors flow throughout the cottage. 

Primary Bedroom is spacious with large king bed. Ensuite bathroom has walk in shower and new tile flooring. The guest room has a queen sized bed. The kids room is set up with twin beds. The guest room and kids room share a newly renovated tiled bath. All new bedding has been added throughout the cottage.

The porch has been enclosed and now the home features a great second living area with large screened TV. The new screen porch is located off the sun room and makes a perfect setting for those lazy summer nights with the family. Ping Pong table and BBQ grill added in the garage space. Enjoy the quiet and secluded area of Twin Oaks neighborhood. 

Please note Wild Dunes Resort no longer allows resort amenity access. This does not include complex amenities. You can still play Golf, use all bike paths, and enter all restaurants or shops in Wild Dunes. There is a recreational center located on 28th Avenue on Isle of Palms with basketball courts, soccer fields, tennis, and pickleball. *If pool access is necessary there are two recreational pools in Mount Pleasant (15 min drive) that you can pay to access*
