This home was perfect for our group. The proximity to the beach was excellent. We even had a night of music as there was a wedding at the coast guard house near by. We really enjoyed eating on the screened in porch daily. The kitchen was well stocked, very comfortable furnishings and the elevator was helpful for my 87 year old mother-in-law. The beach credit was a nice perk that allowed us to rent bikes for the week, We will definitely be back!

Kitchen was very well equipped, overall I would rent again. The house is well taken care of and the proximity to the beach (one house away) is ideal. Had a great week here, weather was ideal and the screened in porch played a huge part in the night time wind down card games!

Great stay at this wonderful house for our family including 5 grandchildren. House was spotless, very well stocked kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, silverware and appliances! Two beautiful screened porches. Perfect location steps from path to beach. We'll definitely be back!

This was a great property. Access to the beach was easy peasy. The kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms were very comfortable. The very large screened in porch made it great for the rainy days during Christmas week. Very little car traffic on 46th made this very quiet.Management company is e tremely attentive. We had one small issue and they did not quit until it was resolved on a holiday weekend. Would definitely rent again from this company.

We absolutely loved staying in this house! So close to the beach and incredible pool in the backyard. House was large, clean and had everything that we needed for a great vacation. Would highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will be back!

We celebrated my mom's milestone birthday in this incredible home. The pool is partially shaded by trees which was great for hot days. The house has many patios to gather and watch sunrises. The patio furniture and bedroom decor has been updated since the photos for the listing were taken. The house is steps from the beach and we went multiple times a day. There was a storm on one of the days of our stay, but we were quite happy to stay in and watch movies in the theater room.

The house was amazing and Carolina One customer service was fantastic when dealing with some rental property issues with AirBnb. We were upgraded at no additional cost to a better property after being notified we could no longer stay at the original property booked through AirBnb.

3 46th Ave home was the best vacation rental that we've ever stay at. The kitchen was fantastic. It had everything you needed to prepare meals should you choose. Plenty of pots and pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, gas stove with griddle. There was plenty of room to gather with 2 separate living rooms. The close proximity to the beach was a plus! We would definitely rent from Carolina One again.

This was a beautiful home and exactly as described. It was the perfect location with a very short walk to the beach, and the street is very quiet with little traffic. If you love to cook, this kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need as far as appliances, tools, pots and pans. The rooms were comfortable and our party of 6 adults had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was beautiful and the temperature was perfect, too! We look forward to coming back soon!

We loved this home! We rented it with family to attend our daughters wedding at the Citadel Beach Club which you can see from the home. We loved having the pool and just a short walk to the beach. It was stocked with every essential you may need and was very clean. We hope to return next year for their anniversary and hopefully we'll stay here again!

Our family of 5 had a great time at 3 46th Avenue. The property is very nice and was very clean upon our arrival. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are very nice. The house is equipped with most everything you will need during your stay- bring beach towels and chairs with you. Otherwise, it has all you should need! Great location with beach access nearby!

Everything about this newly redecorated home was beautiful, well appointed and perfect in many ways. The media and TVs were exceptional, including the size of TVs in each room, and the wide choice of streaming services. The pool was very nice. We spent most of our time on the porch, eating every meal outside, and spending early mornings and evenings in the sitting area.

Amazing, renovated luxury rental is nestled on a quiet street just a few steps to the beach boardwalk. Loaded with outdoor amenities including an expansive backyard complete private pool, chaise loungers, outdoor shower, and Ping-pong in the garage. Enjoy views of the ocean from the rooftop deck!

This gorgeous, modern home has 5 bedrooms, 5 and a half baths and features a 35ft screened porch off the luxury kitchen, complete with outdoor dining seating for 10 and additional leisure seating. Enjoy the ocean breezes on the deck space wrapping around the back of the house. There is a custom built in, outdoor grill overlooking the private pool.

The first floor features an open concept living space with all new hardwood floors and lighting fixtures throughout. With comfortable oversized sofas, a huge mounted smart TV, sound bar, the living space flows right into the dining area, and continues onto the completely renovated kitchen. This contemporary space boasts a fully equipped kitchen with island bar with seating, a Sub-Zero ice-making fridge, Bosch dishwasher, and Bosch microwave oven.

The downstairs master bedroom features a king sized bed with an expansive en suite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk in shower. Also located on the first floor is a bedroom with a queen sized bed and en suite bathroom with glass shower and waterfall fixture. An additional powder room is off of the main living area.

The second floor offers a state of the art media room with a custom 70” mounted TV complete with an automated reclining sectional and an adjoining wet bar with mini fridge. Off of this living area, there is a large partially screened deck with ocean views. The laundry room is equipped with a full size Electrolux washer and dryer. The upstairs master features a king size bed with a 50” mounted Roku TV and an adjoining 20x10 screened porch with amazing ocean views. The en suite bath has tiled floors, a dual vanity, a Jacuzzi soaking tub, and a custom walk through shower. The next bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed with access to the hall bathroom through a sliding barn door. There is an additional bedroom suite with a mounted 32” Roku TV and amazing views and bathroom with custom glass walk in shower.

This home has been renovated with detail and luxury in mind, from the state of the art media equipment to the coastal décor, and beautiful outdoor furniture to make the most of ocean views and breezes.
