Very Nice House:This was a perfect size for the 5 of us, which inlcuded my 3 kids in their twenties. House can hold more with a family of yonger children easily. Nice layout, very comfortable, and near the beach. My one suggestion would be to heat the pool and adjust the daily rate accordingly. Here is why: coming in September, the water was cold for us. I know we can pay to heat the pool, but if we did, it would still take time for it to heat up and we would lose that time from our trip. We would recommend

Amazing time was had by all ... my wife and I and our 3 adult kids and signficant others had the best week at this beautiful home! Comfortable, clean and welcoming! Plenty of space to retreat and then regather. Awesome location. Look forward to our next visit.

Highly recommend Isle of Palms in later August, not as crowded. People we met were very friendly. Short drive to Charleston and Sullivan Island. Recommend the Patriot Point area for USS Yorktown and Fort Sumter tours.Ocean Water was 85 degrees all week.

This house provided so much space for our family. We had room for 4 couples and used the media room for the one 2 year old child with us. Loved how easy it was to walk to the beach and the park. It was wonderful.

The place was perfect for our girlfriends' get-together. It' a very beautiful home with so much room to spread out in and we had no hiccups. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and the pool was lovely. We especially liked the location! So close and convenient to the beach!

Love this house on Isle of Palms! It was easy to walk to the beach, close to the grocery store and on a quiet street. Bonus was being close to the recreation/playground and the pool is almost a non negotiable with the heat in summer, so it was perfect. House is so spacious and loved that it was so kid friendly with kids kitchen items, and a toy chest and books already in the house.

We had an amazing vacation in this lovely home. The family ranging in age from one to sixty five was quite comfortable in the house. The ability to hang at the pool or the ocean made it very easy for everyone to find a place to relax. The house is very accommodating and allowed everyone to find a niche inside the house and curl up with a book. The location was perfect for my family. We even walk down to the beach and watched Fourth of July fireworks.

We were very happy with our beach day with our three-year-old and one year old. The pool is amazing in the space is great. My only regret is that I did not learn the names of their beds. I would have bought one for myself, so comfortable. Lovely home Note that they have baby beds pool air mattresses and lots of beach gear to use.

This house was amazing! Totally outfitted with way more amenities than we could have asked for. The extra wagon to take things to the beach, the beach toys and even bug spray on the screeded porch for us to use. The pool was spectacular. We would definitely rent this house again!

Our family had a wonderful time! The house is awesome and actually has more amenities included than we expected going in. Extremely clean, well maintained, and probably the best stocked kitchen (good knives, plenty of pots/pans, etc) I've ever seen in a rental.

We travel a lot and never have had a nicer experience. We had a couple of minor issues which were taken care of immediately. The staff is professional and friendly. The house was wonderful, fully suited for a family, comfortable, clean and had a great pool for the kids. The house was 2 blocks from the beach which was a bonus!

This is a fantastic property in terms of facilities, location and support. It is well maintained and comes with additional amenities like beach chairs and wagon, boogie boards, pool toys and kitchen outfitting including spices. We were even able to park two cars in a garage as a hurricane passed close by one evening. 10 adults might find it a bit cramped, but any mix of adults and children should find this very appealing. Pool is large and partially shaded making it superb for transition from beach to home.

Great house and location. Our family of ten including children and grandchildren had plenty of space and the pool was a big hit after being on the beach most of the day. Ran into a problem with the air conditioning on the main floor but Carolina One and the owners were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Great vacation will definitely return!

It was a great house for a fun beach trip. 2 blocks from ocean which was perfect! Pool was clean and great. This rental house had the best supplied kitchen we have rented. Everything was very organized and clean. THe WIFI works but when you rent they tell you wifi can come and go. We found that to be true. Not sure whether it is how the owners have it set up or area. If need to work while there somewhat--need to check further with rental company and owners. We plan to rent house in the future. Thank you.

This stunning custom built home, located in the quiet section of the island only 2 blocks from the beach is wonderful property to spend your next vacation in. The property has an open floor plan which is perfect for relaxing on your vacation.

Once you come in the property you are greeted with shining Australian cypress floors that lead to the entry foyer, office, kitchen with a bar, breakfast area as well as a large room used as a dining room, sun room, etc.

There are 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Primary suite is located on the first floor. The attached bath has a separate soaking tub, shower and water closet. Enjoy your morning coffee from the deck opening off the bedroom overlooking the pool. There is also a deck off the kitchen. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two full baths. A spacious room with a king and ensuite bathroom. Additional guest rooms with queen beds and a shared full bath. Sleeper Sofa located in 2nd floor media room.

The pool is a custom built saltwater pool that is great for unwinding and taking a dip after a day on the beach. Off the pool deck is a large screened porch. The rear yard is surrounded with a high wooden fence for privacy and beautifully landscaped. There is a 2 car garage for plenty of parking. This home is close to the IOP recreation center which offers playground, soccer, basketball courts, and toddler's lot. Upgrades include flat screen Smart TV's in living room as well as all the bedrooms and media room.

Includes free parking, supply of linens and towels per occupancy, washer and dryer, a starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans.
