This oceanfront townhome has been recently renovated and professionally decorated throughout. Enjoy plenty of space for up to 8 guests in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath Villa. Located in the prime location of Wild Dunes and situated with direct beach access just seconds away. 

A few highlights of this wonderful home are the elegant kitchen and flowing layout. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a large custom island and stunning ocean views visible through the back sliding doors. The Living area offers comfortable seating, a dining table seating eight, and a separate bar area with built-in mini fridge.

The outdoor dining table placed on the screened in porch provides a comfortable place to enjoy meals at any time of the day. The first floor has one guest bedroom and a full bathroom in the hallway. The second guest room is upstairs with a king bed and ensuite bathroom.  Also on the second floor is a primary suite and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and walk in shower. Unwind with views of the ocean from the private balcony!

Beach Club Villas include a community pool and boardwalk to the beach. The surrounding areas have lots to offer including golf courses, restaurants, and miles of bike paths in Wild Dunes. Downtown Charleston is about 20 minutes away.

All reservations (3-21 nights) will receive a credit to VayK Life for renting beach gear. Linens and towels provided. Washer and dryer available. 1600 Sqft.

PLEASE NOTE: Pool is closed seasonally from October 31st - April 1st. Garage is not for guest use. There is no elevator at this property. Rents Saturday to Saturday in the summer, night minimum varies for off season. NO smoking, NO Pets. MUST be 25 years or older to rent.
