Love the location of this unit. It has large rooms, nice decor and awesome beach access! We enjoyed the upper deck on windy days and the lower screen porch when the sun was high. We'd rent this unit again.

My family had a great start at 34 Beach Club! The patio and balcony in the primary room were absolutely amazing. The townhome/condo is within walking distance of food, shops, and best of all steps away from the beach.

I can say the BEST rental we have ever stayed at Wild Dunes! EVERYTHING to include location, decor, kitchen supplies, VIEW, was spectacular. The evenings spent on the porch with the sounds and view of the ocean are breathtaking. It truly was the best beach visit we have ever had. The check in and the assistance from Carolina was smooth and effortless. We will be back! Thank you for everything!

I've rented several properties over the years with success, but this was the best experience I've ever had with a property management company. From the initial booking, the easy communication and provided information was great. Any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally. We loved the property! It was exactly as advertised, clean and the complimentary items were a bonus. The cherry on top was the beach gear credit. Not having to worry about picking up, dropping off the equipment was super!

Excellent location and living spaces. Family of 5 were very comfortable in this house. Also excellent layout for us as we had my older parents who do not do stairs as well so the main level bedroom was perfect.

34 Beach Club Villa was a terrific place to stay. It's a spacious three-bedroom, with a great screen porch off the living room and an upper deck off the master bedroom, with beautiful views of the beach from both. It's ridiculously close to the beach--two minutes tops from the door to the shore. Kitchen is spacious and generously appointed. Bedrooms are generous. Staying in a townhome made good sense to us in the age of Covid--we had no shared hallway or elevator, though there is a shared exterior entry stairs.

From the moment you drive through the gates at Wild Dunes you will immediately begin to relax. 34 Beach Club Villa boasts ocean views off the screened in porch and the second floor master suite and beautiful updated kitchen. This home is truly appointed for a home away from home experience. Outside is a lovely screened in porch and there is access to the Beach Club swimming pool and you are just steps from the beach. Meticulous attention to detail has been spent to create a beach home you will remember and want to come back to again and again. With three bedrooms, three full baths this home will accommodate up to eight guests. (1600 Square Feet).

FIRST FLOOR: The first floor features hardwood floors through-out. Large common area, seating area, kitchen complete with granite counter tops, screened in porch, full bath and guest room with two queen beds. The seating area and screened in porch will become the focal point for any gathering. Whether your group gathers to watch a movie or simply enjoy the view and drinks out on the screened in porch. Guest bedroom is equipped with two full sized beds.

SECOND FLOOR: The second floor features two bedrooms and full washer and dryer. The master suite includes a king size bed, full bath, and walk out porch with ocean view. The second guest bedroom includes a king size bed and full bath.

Each home includes free parking, linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.

All new reservation (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life!
