Our time at 3602 Palm Ave was wonderful. The house was spotless and very well appointed. We loved seeing the ocean and the pool right in the backyard. We used the pool and hot tub daily after spending hours on the beach. It was so nice to be on the beach and be able to go back and forth from the house. Our time at 3602 Palm Ave was spectacular!

We enjoyed the house. The downstairs living area was just great for all of us. The bedrooms were comfortable. A perfect house for seven of us. Easy walk in the private boardwalk to the beach. The pool and hot tub very clean.

We had a great time staying on IOP in 3602 Palm Blvd. The home was clean, updated, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The location can't be beat and the views of the ocean were gorgeous. Prior to arrival, Carolina One recommended a grocery delivery service that was wonderful and a beach equipment rental company. We also arranged to have the pool heated and the one minor issue we had getting the hot tub to heat was quickly resolved once the pool company came out. We would highly recommend this house!

The house was perfect for our 2 family vacation! It had everything we needed, was in a wonderful location, was extremely clean and check in and out were both seamless. We are really sad that the week we would like to come back next year is already reserved, but we can't wait to come back in the future!!!

The house was perfect for a summer stay at the beach. It was spacious, clean and well- equipped. We had no issues with the cable TV or the wi-fi. All of the appliances functioned , as well. The pool was clean and the outdoor grill worked every time. We spent hours on the back porch soaking up the view and the breeze.

We love this property. It is just right for our family. We fit comfortably and compactly in the house. The layout keeps the family together without being crowded. We love the pool and grassy yard, perfect for lawn games and gathering. The upgrades since our last stay were much appreciated especially the kitchen. Next year will be our 3rd for this property!

The house was exactly as advertised and the one issue we had with the oven and clogged sink was fixed immediately. Very impressed. I would highly recommend your agency and this house to anyone. In fact we stayed with 2 other couples and were texting their friends and family about the house.

Great experience. The property was amazing. The one issue we had was a leaky blender. There was a new blender delivered within a couple of hours. Amazing. Keep up the great work, we had a wonderful vacation.

This is an unbeatable location and property! We rented this home for multi-generational family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was very comfortable and clean. The yard and pool were lovely and the beach just beyond the short, private boardwalk was amazing. Great for walking, building sand castles and biking. If you are a serious chef you might not be happy with the quality of the equipment in the kitchen (knives, pans, etc.), but there were plenty of plates, glasses and dishes available.

The layout of the house is wonderful for families. We had 4 couples, 2 with children. The location is great, far enough away from the public areas of the beach so not crowded. The common areas seat everyone and the dining room has a large table with many chairs. Love that the laundry room is right off the kitchen and can use for overflow of extra things like coolers, drinks and many other things. All in all a great house to rent.

Another fabulous beach getaway in the books! The spacious rooms, quick access to beach and the privacy of our own pool keep us coming back year after year. Updates have been made to the home to make it even more enjoyable. When a major storm come through and flooded the pool and back area, Carolina One was quick to respond and help us get things resolved so that we were back to having fun asap! We will be back!

This spot couldn't have been better! Plenty of room for our kids and grandkids. Right on the beach so very convenient. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool. There was a minor issue with the pool and the grill, and the property manager responded promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! We were there celebrating a 51st wedding anniversary and a 15th birthday the week we were there...including 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 elementary aged boys. There was plenty of room for everyone inside and outside of the house. The pool was fantastic as was the location of the house. Being oceanfront was perfect and made it a perfect vacation!!!

Description

3602 Palm Blvd is a Beautiful Ocean Front home. Features 5 bedrooms and 4 and 1/2 bathrooms. Baths have been fully renovated. This home features a private pool and and boardwalk right to the beach. This home can accommodate up to 15 guests comfortably. (2,900 Square Ft)

FIRST LEVEL (Entrance): The first level of this home features parking underneath the home and a gate to walk through to the pool area. The backyard features a large in ground pool, spa, chaise loungers, outdoor dining table, and a gas grill. There are multiple outdoor showers for easy clean up after a day at the beach.

SECOND FLOOR: There is a well-stocked kitchen, multiple seating areas, a separate dining room, and large laundry room on this floor. Master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom. Additional room with a queen bed and private bath. The living area opens up to a large back porch overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the ocean breeze and beautiful sunsets from a rocking chair.

THIRD FLOOR: Features three additional bedrooms. Guestroom one features two twin beds. Guestroom two features a queen and two twin beds. These rooms share a full bathroom in the hall. The upstairs Master featuring a King size bed, two twin beds, and access to a private bath. Access to a top floor balcony with Ocean views.

All new reservation (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life! Includes free parking, linens and towels, washer and dryer, starter supply of paper products and detergents. Pool heat is available at an additional fee for spring/fall months. Pool heat is meant to extend the seasons but it all depends on outside temperatures. Please contact for more details!

PLEASE NOTE: No smoking. No Pets. Fireplace not for guest use. There is no elevator at this property. This house is rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis during the Summer months. MUST be at least 25 years of age to rent, NO exceptions.
