411 Summerhouse Villa

Upon arriving we were pleasantly surprised with decorations and cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walks on the beach and the kids liked bike riding. The Charleston Mount Pleasant area is very nice and we could easily explore. Everything closed early. Need more activities for teens like beach volleyball and entertainment.

We spent Christmas week 2021 in the unit. It was amazing. The kitchen was fabulous and had everything we needed to eat in for the holiday. The beds were comfortable and loved the views. Beach access was perfect. Pool was beautiful. We were blessed with beautiful weather and enjoyed every day of our trip. Rented bikes with the credit and had a blast riding around Wild Dunes. Would highly recommend this property.

Carolina One is an excellent resource when looking for a vacation rental. We had normally used VRBO but were not having luck and called Carolina One and they put us in a beautiful unit! CarolinaOne communicates very effectively, with pre and post arrival instructions. They are quick to respond to any questions and we will use them again next year!

The 411 Summerhouse property is outstanding - the TV, kitchen equipment, furnishings, bedding is unusually comfortable and effective. The available games and books is most impressive, all of which added significantly to our comfort and enjoyment!!

411 Summer House was everything & more than it was advertised to be. Carolina One provided incredible customer service. We had no major issues but with small questions they were so quick to respond and in one case went above what I would have asked or expected. Excellent experience and will definitely rent through you for our next beach vacation!
