There is a full bath on main floor plus a half bath off the den. Lots of space in the open living areas. Sleeper Sofa located in the first floor den.

The second floor: This floor features a master suite with a king sized bed and private bathroom. An amazing loft adjoins the master suite with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, sofa, seating area, and opens onto the second floor covered deck. 

This house has an amazing pool and hot tub with plenty of deck space to enjoy those summer nights. The pool may be heated for an additional fee. Pool heat is meant to extend the seasons into late spring/ early fall but is not applicable in cooler weather. The beach access is right around the corner and a block away. Downtown Charleston is only 20 minutes' drive away and minutes from great shopping and dining.

PLEASE NOTE: The home is strictly non-smoking. Linens are provided with sheets, towels and washcloths. A starters set of paper products, washing detergent and dish washing soap are included. Full washer and dryer in home. There is no elevator at this property. Must be 25 years or older to rent.
