We thought the home was made for our family. With it being large it is hard to find one that will accommodate the entire family. We use to own 6-D Seagrove in Wild Dunes. I lost my husband last September 11th. This trip meant a lot for us to be back in IOP

My large family vacation was a success, the house providing great accommodations for the group. We enjoyed the spaces, made use of the multiple refrigerators, and spent most of our time in the spacious kitchen/dining area and pool. Owner was responsive to small issues that arose. Property management company process, apps, and communication helpful.

The Sea Palace is an amazing venue for a large group gathering. We had 22 adults and two small children for a family reunion and the bedrooms worked out perfectly, and there were plenty of bathrooms. The house was very clean, and it is ideally laid out for entertaining large groups, with an open floorplan and dining seating for 20+ both indoors and outdoors. There are also 3 full-size refrigerator/freezers on the property which was important for a large group.

Sea Palace was the perfect house for a girls get away. Many bedrooms and bathrooms allowed most of us to have our own. It would also be perfect for a family reunion. Great gathering spaces, pool on property, close to the beach. I would highly recommend this property.

The property is ideal for accommodating a large group especially for meal purposes. Everyone was able to have their own bedroom/bath which is wonderful and nice to have a lot of space. Thank you for keeping the property in overall good shape and I would highly recommend the area as well!

Thank you for everything. The property worked very well. We would consider renting it each year for four weeks if we could possibly get the price down some. Also, we will continue to need a second property within walking distance for at least 22-28 days.

We had a major issues and it was handled flawlessly. Not only by the owner of the property but the rental company contacts were amazing and helpful. Dealing with your agency was a pleasure. It is my first time with Carolina One after renting 30+ times at Isle of Palms for groups, family etc. I am very grateful for the service and care extended to our group!

A perfect property for our family event. I became wheelchair bound in December. I had rented a house on Folly for all of my family to stay in for the weekend of my son's wedding. Realizing two weeks before the wedding that house had way to many steps the staff at Carolina One found us Sea Palace with an elevator. This house was perfect for us.

We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday with close friends and family. The house sleeps very well and enjoyed all the extras such as the hot tub, pool table, putting green and ping pong.
