We enjoyed our experience with Carolina One. They were very attentive thru the entire process. We were able to get in a few hours early and they left us know as soon as the villa was ready. We had no issues during our stay. We will be back to Folly Beach and will rent thru Carolna One!

We have been coming to Folly Beach for years and this is the first time we have stayed beach front. It was so nice to just walk right down to the beach. We had 8 people in our group. 5 teenagers. And we had plenty of room. It was a nice place. Very pleased with the property. I liked the additional front porch area where we could put our beach stuff and not have to take it inside.

The rental property at Ocean Point Villas #201 was excellent. It was very clean and within a short walk to the beach which made it a perfect place to relax and enjoy ourselves. I loved that we had an ocean view from the balcony where we could enjoy our breakfast while watching the early morning surfers. We will definitely try to stay at this property again on our next trip to Folly.

We had an incredible time at this condo! It was steps from the beach so if we were having a beach day we could come back up to use the restroom or have a snack. It was so close to our favorite restaurants (Rita's!), coffee shops, and shops that we could easily walk down for a coffee and come right home. We loved having morning coffee on the spacious deck (pictures don't do it justice, it's beautiful!) and there was a small storm our last night that we enjoyed watching from the covered deck as well.

This property has so many things going for it. It has plenty of room, is very clean, and updated. The location is perfect and we can walk right across the street to the beach with a great ocean view from the condo, as well. You can easily walk or ride bikes to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Very comfortable beds, kitchen stocked very well, very clean and neat. Super large balcony. There is a large Condominium complex to the left of the unit so you do not see any ocean to the left. Very close proximity to downtown easy to walk to everything! We enjoyed our trip to Charleston as well! Highly recommend!

Welcome to Ocean Point Villas 201 on family-friendly Folly Beach. This spacious 3-bedroom and 3-bath corner condo has over 1,400 sq. feet of living space. Modern, coastal-inspired décor and well stocked with all the comforts and amenities of home — makes it the perfect vacation getaway. Fantastic ocean views, easy beach access, and central but peaceful location will bring you back for years to come.

Upon entering, there are two spacious bedrooms on either side of the wide hallway. One bedroom features a queen bed, seating and a TV as well as access to a full bath. The other side is a kid-friendly bedroom comfortably sleeping four in a sturdy twin-over-full bunk bed with pull out twin trundle and access to the en-suite full bath. This room also has a bookshelf stocked with movies, books and games for family fun along with two bean bag chairs for extra seating.

The main hallway opens to the spacious kitchen with plenty of counter tops, new stainless steel appliances and all of the tools you’d expect in your own home. The dining table comfortably seats six (and eight when expanded) while the breakfast bar has additional seating to cover all your needs.

Continuing through the open-concept home, the living room features a comfortable sofa, loveseat with ottoman, and an armchair to enjoy a large new smart TV with a Blu-ray player and a Bluetooth-enabled sound bar – perfect for a movie night or listening to music. Or better yet, slide the patio door open to enjoy the best part of this great home – the sights and sounds of the ocean. Enjoy stunning ocean views and sounds from the extra-large private patio that features a large table with plenty of seating for outdoor dining or watching the kids play on the beach and the surfers catch a wave.

Next to the living room is the spacious master suite with access to the patio and beautiful ocean views of its own. The bedroom features a luxurious king bed, a wall-mounted smart TV, darkening drapes and a serene sitting nook. This nook contains a desk with a computer monitor for guests who need a more private workspace, away from the common areas. This desk only contains a monitor for guests to hook up their laptops. The large en-suite bathroom features dual sinks, large walk-in shower and an over-sized tub perfect for unwinding.

Sleep comfortably on new, high-quality mattresses and bedding in every room — the king, queen and full beds are all pillow-tops while the twin beds are memory foam. All bedrooms also have large closets as well as dressers for plenty of storage.

This condo has the modern conveniences of home – free high-speed internet, cable TV, washer/dryer, 2 assigned parking spaces, 24-hour emergency on-call staff, and all of the amenities to ensure a great vacation. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Located in a quieter spot of central Folly Beach, you’ll just be steps away from the beach, great restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Plus, it’s just a short 20-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston where the world is your oyster. Home is non-smoking and non pet-friendly. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.
