We loved everything about our Folly Beach rental! We prefer to cook, and the kitchen was well equipped with all we needed to prepare and serve our meals; high quality knives, prep bowls/utensils, and serve ware. There is plenty of space for people in bedrooms and common areas. The location is fantastic for easy beach access. Furnishings provided were high quality and in good condition. Stunning condo with direct ocean views and easy access to a beach walkover. Just the right distance from downtown Folly Beach to walk to restaurants and shops. The unit was very well appointed and tidy, perfect for our party of 6. This is our fifth trip to Folly and first time at this unit. This unit was everything! The location is perfect. I loved both porches! Probably the nicest furnishings I'e ever had in a rental. We were all very happy and comfortable. Carolina One is the easiest vacation rental company I have ever used in North or South Carolina. Top notch customer service. Always replies to emails and always answers the phone directly, unlike other companies that make you wait for human communication. After doing my research, I realized Carolina One rentals are cheaper than using national websites that allow you to rent directly from homeowners. Unit was also beautiful, clean and a vacation oasis. Relax in the morning with coffee or after your beach day on the large, covered, oceanfront balcony feeling the ocean breeze. Coastal décor, high-end furnishings, and stainless steel appliances make this condo the perfect getaway spot. Convenience of the elevator give you easy access to this unit on the top floor.
Enter into the open layout with immediate ocean views to take in while cooking, dining, or relaxing in the living room space. Kitchen if fully stocked with everything needed to cook and serve the family meal. Dine together or play cards around the 6-person dining table. Extra 4 counter seats allow you to accompany the family chef, or serves as a casual breakfast spot. Cozy up in the living room and around the large, flat-screen TV. Sliding doors from the living room offer easy access to the ocean side balcony with a large table to take advantage of outdoor dining, or gathering for games or conversation.
Street side balcony has ample room to store your beach equipment and gives you an additional covered outdoor seating area, complete with a mini-fridge, and views of downtown Folly Beach.

High-end, fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.
Choose your outdoor adventure surfing at the Washout for surfing, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Stroll down and fish off the Folly beach Fishing Pier. Listen for live music in the downtown area of Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Visit the far east end of the island for a tranquil beach walk and shelling with picturesque views of the Morris Island Lighthouse - a favorite among locals and visiting guests!
