Incredible Cabana Room located off the pool deck with 2 large sofas, Large Screen TV, Billiard Table and a private bath. Plenty of chaise lounges on the pool deck along with a new gas grill and outdoor refrigerator for those afternoon BBQ's. Ground level amenities include a large putting green "sure to be the families favorite memory" and a ping pong table located in the garage.

Elevator goes from garage to top floor, but does not go to first floor. Elevator is provided for convenience and is not ADA compliant. The pool may be heated for an additional fee. Pool heat is meant to extend the seasons but it all depends on outside temperatures.
