Great location and incredible views! The house is a bit dated, but that is easily overlooked by the incredible ocean views and ideal location. With 5 bedrooms the house has ample space for large families/ group gatherings. Easy walk to the restaurant/ bar/ Pier area of Folly Beach.

This home served our purposes wonderfully, and I am thankful for your prompt help when I screwed up the front door locks. If we were to return to Folly, then I would definitely look this property up again. It was a great experience and I am grateful the owners have shared their place with us.

What a nice home! Convenient to downtown Folly, maybe 1/2 mile. We had a party of nine and everyone loved their stay. My only complaint was the twin beds downstairs for two married adults but it all worked out in the end. We knew we were going to a house with twin beds. Again, loved the location and the size of the home for all of us. Wasn't too cramped with all of us in there eating our meals. Also, place had decent sharp knives and utensils as well as glassware that was in great shape. We'll definitely re
