Welcome to 31st West 9th! This newer home boasts beautiful river views and is located across the street from the Sunset Cay Marina. While conveniently tucked away on a less-traveled side street, the beach is just a 4 minute walk from the house, while Folly Beach County Park is just a quick drive west. Enjoy sightseeing downtown Charleston- a scenic 25 minute drive.

Although W 9th Street is one of the quieter streets on Folly, the action of Center Street & downtown Folly is only 9 blocks away. Golf cart and bicycle rentals are available – and they can be delivered to your front door!

The house itself is designed with the vacationer in mind: a front porch with incredible views of the sunset over the Folly River and a side deck overlooking the marsh, ideal for morning coffee, a quiet drink, or reading a book. A spacious, open-plan allows everyone to spend time together without feeling crowded. The three bedrooms are designed to provide privacy. Also included are three full bathrooms, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, large flat-screen TVs in the great room and the bedrooms, and plenty of books to read in tranquility.

Two of the bedrooms have queen beds with en suite bathrooms. Bedroom three has two double beds and easy access to the third bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, a flat cooktop, and a dishwasher. We’ve fully stocked it with a Keurig coffeemaker, mixer, blender, plus much more! All linens and towels, including beach towels are included with this rental.

There’s a gas grill on the concrete slab underneath the side stairs. Also under the house is ample parking and a shower to rinse off after returning from a fun day at the beach. Home includes TV streaming services, Free WIFI, Washer/Dryer. Parking for up to 4 vehicles is free in the driveway area. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.
