This top level, 3rd floor condo offers an open layout for ease of living. Luxury furnishings make your time off of the beach cozy and relaxing. Smart TV in the living room allows you to log into your favorite apps, as well as view regular cable channels. Nest Hub can be set up for your music, timers, weather, and more! Prepare and cook your family meals in the fully stocked kitchen. All new stainless steel appliances have just been installed. Bar seating for 4 guests will keep the family chef company. Go out onto the screen porch, accessible from the living room and master bedroom, to lounge or dine outdoors and smell the fresh salt air. If needed, the condo has a small office area that allows you to set up your laptop with the condo's extra external monitor; perfect for a workcation or if the kids need to do schoolwork.
Sunbathe and swim at community pool in the complex. It's a refreshing alternative to your time not spent on the beach and splashing in the ocean. Some beach equipment and 2 bikes are provided for guest use as an added perk. The beach is approximately a 12 minute walk, or a short bike ride or drive away. Public beach accesses are found at every block and nearly every half block up and down the island. Use the complex elevator to conveniently move all of your belongings in and out. Stairs to all floors are also accessible.
Large master bedroom suite furnishes 1 king bed with access to a full, private bathroom, as well as a door to the screen porch. Free WIFI is provided. Spacious bathroom has double sinks, standing shower, and a garden tub. Bedroom 2 acts as a second master suite with 1 queen bed, TV with cable, and it's own full, private bathroom. Bedroom 3 is just down the hall with 2 twin beds (no TV). Third bathroom is attached to the twin bedroom, as well as being accessible from the hallway.
Folly Beach downtown area is just across the walking bridge. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy Instagram shots!

Parking for up to 2 vehicles is free is available in the parking lot - parking passes provided. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.
Condo amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, keyless entry, contactless check-in, community pool, elevator for complex, full size washing machine and dryer in the hallway closet, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, free parking for up to 2 vehicles. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent, no exceptions. Family friendly. No events or parties allowed. Maximum occupancy of the home, of 6 guests, cannot be exceeded, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Community Pool typically opens around April 1st and closes on Oct 31st. HOA determines when the pool is open.
