The property was great. It was so close to the beach and to the town--we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was quiet in the mornings and at night. Updated clean, modern design located within a short walk to the beach. Quality fixtures kitchens and baths. Stocked with all you need. Pure Folly is the perfect name for this home. It was pure enjoyment, pure relaxation, and pure beauty! So close to the beach and a wonderful playground, this was the perfect spot - close enough to downtown Folly to walk to restaurants but still close enough to the beach to hear the waves! And the porches are unbelievable! With both being screened in, we were able to enjoy dinner mosquitoe free and enjoy morning coffee on the beautiful back porch lounging on the swing bed. We loved the Pure Folly beach rental. We were an extended family of nine and we had plenty of room for everyone. The home was beautiful, convenient and had everything one would need for a relaxing worry free time on the beach. We loved our stay at this property. From the two amazing porches to the layout of the house. It will definitely be our go to spot from now on at Folly Beach. The beach was just a short ways away where you could easily walk with no problem. When we arrived the house was so clean and welcoming. Pure Folly was the best rental home we have rented! It was spotless upon arrival. We had three adults and two small children and the size was great. The screened in porches are so nice for dining and lounging. Location is great. We rented a golf cart and we're a quick ride or walk to the beach and quick ride into town. Welcome to Pure Folly on Folly Beach! Relax in this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, single family home is walking distance to the beach. A few blocks to Center Street and public beach access only a few minute walk.
Wake up and enjoy a nice cup of coffee on either of the fully furnished decks, or spend your time on the swinging bed in the shade on the large screened in porch of the back of the home. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You'll have everything you need to cook and serve family meals, as well as a charcoal grill provided under the house.
Just down the hall from the kitchen you will find the first two bedrooms. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom, there is a queen sized bed and TV with cable. There are plenty of windows that let in light and plush linen that will make you comfortable through the night. Attached to the master is full master bath with walk-in tiled shower, tub, and beautiful new vanity. Across the hall In bedroom two, there is another queen sized bed. This room is located on the back end of the home with direct access to the screened in back porch. From here you can really catch a nice breeze as you relax after a long day out at the beach. This room does also come with a smart TV which is connected to the homes wireless. On the other side of the hall from these two bedrooms is a full bathroom on the first floor. Walk up the stairs and you will find the 3rd bedroom on your right hand side. This very spacious room has two full size beds. Across the hall from there is the 4th Bedroom. This bedroom has a King sized mattress with tons of extra space. There is a big screen tv in this room that is also connected to cable. Between these two rooms upstairs, is the third full bath.
Shower off in the outdoor shower after having a fun day playing in the ocean waves and on the beach. Parking for 4 vehicles, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.
Close to the neighborhood public tennis courts and let the kids run around in the pirate themed playground. Only 4.5 blocks to Center Street, the downtown area of Folly Beach. Try one of our local restaurants offering everything from oceanfront dining, local seafood, sandwich shops, pizza, burgers, high end dining, and more! Wander through the surf shops and then grab an ice cream during your stroll to the Folly Beach Pier. On the Pier, you can get a panoramic view of the island, see what the people fishing off the pier are catching, or get your fishing license and try your luck!
Amenities include full size washing machine and dryer, modern kitchen appliances, central heat and air conditioning, free wifi, $250 beach gear credit, keyless entry, linens, towel sets, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and TVs. A starter amenity kit with travel-sized supplies for bathrooms and the kitchen are provided that guests replenish as they need.
Pure Folly is a non-smoking property. No pets are allowed. We provide 24-hour on-call staff for maintenance emergencies. No gatherings allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.
